I am being persecuted at work for the second time. I was railroaded at the last school system I worked at, and after being successful working at a new school system for the last 6 years, I am now being persecuted again. I have done nothing wrong. I cannot go through this persecution for a second time. I am still traumatized by the first time.
Sometimes I can't handle being backed into a corner by a bunch of people.

Having worked in the school system, and having also experienced some persecution - even sexual harassment by some female teachers in one setting - in more than one school, my impression is that there are groups out there sometimes who are trying to get rid of those who are not of their particular group and/or persuasion of whatever kind.

They hate you for being different, for daring to stick to your values, rather than going along with theirs. I believe this is because in the deep recesses of their hearts they don't really feel secure in their choices so can't stand any who don't go along with their ways. My impression is that some of those types of people are secretly miserable. Pray for them!

My solution was to keep covered with prayer and listen to that "still small voice" guiding and protecting me. I pray that for you and for peace and healing. If they are persecuting you, directly and/or indirectly because you are a Christian, maybe calling you a "bigot" or whatever behind your back, rejoice! Messiah said that those who are persecuted for His sake should rejoice because great will be their reward in Heaven.

Don't get angry. That is one thing they are hoping for. Angry people are easier to control. Pray for them, as we are told to do. Bless and don't "curse."

Be kind, be loving, do your job and trust in the Lord to get you through. Also, though, the Bible does say that if you are persecuted in one town you should flee to another. So prayerfully consider leaving that school when you can, with guidance as to where to go. I did that.

I pray all will work out well for you.

Lord we pray for Lybrah that you will see her through all this. Give courage and strength, and guide her as to what she should do. That she may overcome, whatever comes her way. If necessary, provide a even better job where she can do her job peaceably and have good people around her. Protect her from evil doers. In Jesus name, Amen

^^great advice!^^
Also if you have a choice, go to a different area of the school campus where your persecutors don't gather. You may be alone, but at least you will have peace where you can pray.
Eat lunch in your car if that's the only safe space.

It’s extremely difficult to go to another school since the year is about to begin and no one contacted me for an interview. I cannot apply to another district until next year. So I’m stuck there as of now. I’ve been getting good write ups for years and now I’m afraid that will change. Everyone always believes the admin.

I was not suggesting that you leave now, but when you can, next year.

Here is another tip. I'm guessing you are on the net at school. Document everything that could be concerning. I did that through email archives. Or you could also use DropBox. I never had to use the documentation, but it was comforting to have it, just in case.
