Those decisions would be subject to review by an administrative judge. Seems to have worked for many, many years.

Good find. I am certain that China and Iran would prefer to deal with Biden. I had not considered the oil prices motivation Russia. I cannot think of any reason Russia would want to reelect Trump, they do not like what he has done on energy or on his support of the countries in the operations area of Russia, to say nothing of the economic sanctions he placed on them.

I don't know that the Russians care one way or another who wins in 2020. Their main interest at this point appears to be sowing chaos in the US and undermining faith in our election process. Which makes me question why Trump and the Republicans have resisted efforts to secure our election system.

Anything which is not advancing NATO/U.S. agendas is always furthering "Russian Interests." That's how the game is set.

I’ve personally seen racist propaganda against Muslims which I thought was a bit fishy, upon checking I discovered the supposed event never occurred and the photo was several years old. It's much easier to just assume anything that denigrates the left is the unvarnished truth, and any attempt to stifle such claims is evidence of (The Deep State/big tech/Soros) trying to stifle good and faithful patriots.

Sure, of course Russia would want to get rid of Trump, who has been advocating for Russian interests, having one one one calls with Putin on the regular, and taking Russia's side over US intelligence agencies on a national stage. Sounds plausible.

Saudi Arabia, on the other hand, might be upset that Trump dismissed any potential link of the Saudi Arabian government to the killing of Jamal Khashoggi, as Trump stated plainly that economic interests with Saudi Arabia far outweighed any potential moral outrage over killing a reporter. Reporters are enemies of the people, anyway, so i'm not even sure if Trump thinks the killing of a reporter is a crime. In fairness, Biden or any other establishment politician would probably overlook Saudi Arabia's crimes in favor of economic incentives, but they would likely be less blatant about it.
