One of the big ones is expanding access to things like health care and housing. Democrats are also more likely to promote environmental regulations, which some Christians see as an extension of their responsibility to be stewards of nature. There are others, but those two pop to mind right away because they tend to be two big issues.

It's not like she's in hiding. She literally tweeted 9 hours ago. She was also on the daily show 3 weeks ago. She doesn't have as big a national profile any more because she's an has been former politician who suffered an embarrassing lose. So the national news media isn't going to care as much about what she has to say, though she has still been in the news a bit. And if she had done anything worthy of sending her to prison, she would have been indicted sometime in the lass 4 years since that was one of Trump's campaign promises.

The Bible is vague on the question of the military. It was actually a debate whether or not a Christian could be a soldier, and even once that was settled, even more debate and discussion on the use of the military. That's why Just War theory was developed, though there are plenty of Christian pacifists who don't hold to it.

The Roman authorities executed Jesus, using the falsified charge that he was mainly political.

The real question is how there's such a thing as Christian Republicans or Conservatives, the former given the proclivities of the current president and the latter because, from what I have read and been told, Christians are supposed to stand against the world and be apart from it, not prop up it's worst capitalistic excesses.

People who want to argue that all Christians have a mandate to be like Amish people (that's what being "apart from" the world would actually mean) are badly misrepresenting the point.

The strange thing is that most of the Christian Right disliked Trump and were "Never Trumpers." We ended up voting for him to stop the even more hated Hillary and bec we like Pence. Fast forward 4 years, we got used to his "untruthfulness."

My careless use of "marching orders" as a figure of speech--describing Trump's attempt to wind up you good Christians/Republicans to defeat Biden. But did you not read the article I linked to or watch the video? Never mind, it's all cleared up and now you know what you are required to believe about Joe Biden.

I should have described his speech as "a stirring address to loyal troops on the eve of battle." Another martial metaphor but appropriate enough now that the election is become a holy war.
