My local house church was closed until last Sunday for the pestilence. I am so sad American and other countries' pestilence is still terrible. It seems the whole world is calling the anti-Christ to solve all the problems. Unfortunately my father can not distinguish God and disguised angels. He, as an atheist, thinks if U.S. rules the whole world, the eternal peace and prosperity will realize.

Pray daily and read the gospels to keep your spirit & heart strong in the Lord. Cast all your fears on him because he care for you (1 Peter 5:7) and remember that you are firmly in his hands and that he will never leave us (Hebrews 13:5), he will provide for all our spiritual needs and satisfy our hearts. We don't realize what a beautiful, loving & kind God we worship until we have been refined through suffering.

Yes, the world has been poisoned by the coronavirus, but maybe this is a wake-up call from God because the world has become exceedingly wicked and as you say they are waiting for their evil king to save them and he may not be that far away.

The medication works, but I feel a little nauseated. For the coronavirus , my house church has been closed for half a year(last Sunday it was open again but it could be closed again). I stayed at home without any social activity, that made me quite low and crazy.

I worry if I completely fail in the trial, God would blot out my name in the book of life. Then my father and mother will be also in hell with me. My body is weaker and my faith is weaker. I feel ashamed and hope is missing. I have insomnia and get up at noon everyday. I didn't want to let my negative emotion effect you so I chose hide. I can't overcome the demons. I feel like a man controled by drug.

You are so kind. share my load is not easy. I need be strenthened to share my parents' load. But now I even can't self-live well. I wish my blessings and strenth can exceed to you. May the Lord have more mercy to me and to us. I have no other way. Prayers are very appreciated.

Please dear brother never let any one pluck you out of the hand of your Heavenly Father, not you yourself either. You are precious in His sight and the good work Jesus has begun in you will certainly reach perfection.

A good word to read is Romans 8, if nothing can separate us from God's love then medications can't do that either. It is about knowing the truth and holding onto Him with both hands.

Do understand that God send The Son so you can be eternally with Him, rejoice in that fact rather than despair your own unbelief and doubts.

Please understand that hell is where the wicked go, those spirits that make us unholy in His sight, not their victims. Such thinking is not right. Would God throw His own offspring in hell? It is not wise to hold onto thinking like that. We know that the Father doesn't like any one to perish but all to come to the knowledge of His glorious truth. i'm rooting for God on this one.

Praying your depression will be manageable and you will soon be able to find some fellowship again.

I can understand your struggles, I have messed up badly in my life. It doesn't matter if you fail in your trials as that is all in the process of relying on God for our strength rather than our own, so failing can actually be a good thing for a Christian as we will learn from our mistakes and learn to put our trust in God. Because we live in his earthly body we will make mistakes and we will fail from time to time, but that doesn't mean we lose our salvation, it's all in the process of growing in Christ. God will NEVER blot your name out from the book of life for your failures. He disciplines those he loves (Hebrews 12:6) so that his Holy Spirit may flourish within you and bear more fruit. Yusuphhai if you feel bad about yourself please pray to God about it and ask him to forgive you and teach you........And he will. And always remember that depression will mess with your mind and distort the truth, but hang onto God's word and live in his grace!

Praying for you Yusuphhai that you find peace in your heart & mind and that God strengthen your faith and build you up spiritually and also heal you of your depression.

Hell is near, I need escape. If my name is in the book of life, I should praise and thank God but not sin purposely to test God whether He can draw me in it. E.G. I have free will to jump off from a top of house, but I can't do. God is Light, only the Light can overcome the darkness in my heart. Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Jesus Christ, whose blood in us proves it. "we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." ,because we shall follow His footprints and fate.That is painful but glorious.

Rev.12:11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

Yeah, relying on God for our strength rather than our own is so worth learning, for I feel lack of strength from above. failing can be a good thing as a chance to trust in God more. I am afraid I have failed all my life and God has abandoned me. Without His mercy I despair. The depression has messed up my mind and distorted the truth. I need decide hang onto His word and live in His grace.

So sorry to hear you are hurting so badly brother. The best thing i can do is to advise you to go to Jesus with your loveless reality and trade it for His love back in return. Many times in my life i have handed over the bad life that had me captive to Jesus and His gracious love would set me free again. Also free to suffer with dignity.

Precisely brother you can't overcome your own darkness, don't even try, for the darkness will overwhelm you in no time, let Jesus do it. Just go in your darkness to Him. Isn't that an unheard of thing? That darkness seeks out the light to get rid of its darkness? Be like that!

God be with you brother. It must be so hard especially when you have only few to pray for you and support you through these times.

Make God's truth your own brother. Keep taking in His promises and put your faith in them. God loves you a lot. i know that for sure for He has had people praying for you for years already. i always think when Jesus put me in my bad life, oh He is calling me Home as well. For if you go to God with your inabilities He will trade His abilities with you. And then you can just like He can.

Be of good courage brother and keep seeking God in your bad life, the more you hurting the more needed it is that you would enter His Rest. Faith in Jesus brother. Do look at Him and not yourself. Understand that His blood covers you just as it covers me and all those who love His loving truth to rule.

Praying you find comfort in that part of you you must feel despair. Please understand that despair is for the wicked and not for those who love and trust God. Depression takes our sense of love away so we must love with heart and not with our emotion. To love God is to do His will.

Make sure you pray for those who are hurting, i found that praying for those in pain helps a lot fight ones own pain.

Delight in weaknesses is a great work. No one likes weakness, but in Christ it is a way to delight. God win and demons fail.

Let The Love of Jesus be strong in your life brother. Never let go of Jesus. Grab hold of Him with both hands and plead your case. He will certainly liberate you from those demons hurting the crap out of you now.

Hell is near, I need escape. If my name is in the book of life, I should praise and thank God but not sin purposely to test God whether He can draw me in it. E.G. I have free will to jump off from a top of house, but I can't do. God is Light, only the Light can overcome the darkness in my heart. Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Jesus Christ, whose blood in us proves it. "we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." ,because we shall follow His footprints and fate.That is painful but glorious.

Rev.12:11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

Yeah, relying on God for our strength rather than our own is so worth learning, for I feel lack of strength from above. failing can be a good thing as a chance to trust in God more. I am afraid I have failed all my life and God has abandoned me. Without His mercy I despair. The depression has messed up my mind and distorted the truth. I need decide hang onto His word and live in His grace.
Very Thankful for praying for me, it is so precious.
Delight in weaknesses is a great work. No one likes weakness, but in Christ it is a way to delight. God win and demons fail.

The best is to share your thoughts with someone, preferably a professional whom you can trust to care about you. It can be hard to find someone like that. And yes depression and other mental illnesses can alter our thinking dramatically.

it's not hard to talk to you about it. nothing that I haven't probably said before to you. A professional may call me "intolerant" for the things that are bothering me. you can't really just tell any professional that your parents made a mistake getting married because of different religions...it would make you look bigoted especially in this "woke" movement.

You know what i think, that it is best not to speculate on what people will think, or not think, far to easy to get it wrong and let ourselves be overwhelmed by our fears. So easy to do when we are depressed.

The truth is you are a victim of this intermarriage which the bible clearly warns against, knowing what kind of conflict this could ensue on the children of such a marriage, as well as in the couple's relationship together.

A good Christian counsellor would understand that, and would also be able to help you regain a healthy identity. Please do not underestimate how much the religious conflicts in your family have effected you for bad.

i know that Jesus can really help you with this as well. For when you build your identity in Him then you will find safety from the dangers of this world. Share Jesus your pain and confusion. Give it all to Him and ask for His loving truth as support back in return. You will see the truth defend you from then on in such part of your life. To share Him our whole life so He can rule us in all our divided self, is the aim of our existence.

I worry if I completely fail in the trial, God would blot out my name in the book of life.

Dear one, trials aren't traps. God is not throwing traps before our feet, and He's not looking for us to win or lose. He doesn't throw a curve ball to someone whose arms are broken. We are built upon our failures by God's strength. The purpose of all trials God allows for us, is to strengthen us in Him, not to doom us. We're not meant to ace the tests without worry. We're meant to struggle with them. We're meant to learn from them. If we want to get stronger, we must get to know our weakness, to actually be weak, and we must get to know our need for Him.

So if you feel like you're weak, and if you feel like you can't pass the test, if you feel helpless and you're clinging on to God with whatever hope you have, you have already passed the test, just as He knew you would. You just don't know it yet. Everything God does to us, is according to His own love. You must know that it's all in love. If we are corrected and chastised, that too happens in love. If we are disciplined, love is behind it. There is no need to worry so much, because God absolutely knows what He is doing. If anyone knows, it's God, Christ and nobody else. We can surrender our struggles to Him who already knows what is happening with and within us.

The strength we get from God literally means the strength of God, not ours. If we count upon our own strength, we will soon find out we don't have enough. Whatever strength of character we have, how much stronger we get, we must realize all of that is from Him. It was His strength all along. So even if we are weak, we are, in fact, strong. His strength upholds us, and everything else, no matter what our feelings tell us.


About your parents, dear brother, you can give them to God as well. Remember when Jesus told the parable:


Then Jesus said to them, “Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.’ And suppose the one inside answers, ‘Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.’ I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity he will surely get up and give you as much as you need.

“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.


Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!


I love this parable, because the one who is knocking and asking, doesn't really want anything for himself, he wants bread for other people. And we all know Jesus is the bread of life, and it is promised that even the Holy Spirit can be a matter of just asking, praying and knocking. We have also read that an unbelieving husband is sanctified by his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by her husband, which is an indication that God's grace doesn't stop at us, it's not just for us, and what we get will also be for the benefit of our loved ones. We have also read in at least a couple of passages, that some early christians baptized themselves for the dead ones, so that people wouldn't lose hope for their "unsaved" loved ones who passed away - and they are comforted. We have also read that Jesus Christ Himself preached to the evil people who died in the times of Noah. We have also read that anything we ask in Jesus' name, will be given to us. And what better thing could we pray for, than to ask for His grace and salvation to the people we love, and even to the ones we don't? That is His will. We cannot pray for better things.

Then, we can also read this:


And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.



Brother Yusuphhai, the love of Christ surpasses all knowledge. Pray for your parents, believe that the good will of God will be done to them, and it will happen, no matter what you feel, see or hear. Don't worry about them not being intellectually convinced. Faith is not a mathematical equation, and we cannot know the measure of God's workings. If you want further encouragement, remember when Christ said, that when there are two or more people praying in His name, they would get what they desire? So here we are, all of us here, praying for the same thing, in the name of Jesus Christ, that you would have peace, your parents would have the grace of God in whatever way God sees is good, and in the end we would all see how gracious God really is, how he doesn't let any love go to waste.

We can pray for this, and all good things, with shameless audacity. Bold, shameless audacity, that compels us to hope that God could be so good. We won't be given stones, scorpions or snakes. Our God delights to give good things, especially good spiritual things. He delights in it, and He delights in us when we ask for them.

Don't judge the heart of God by your depressed and anxious feelings. Those feelings are yours, not His. His heart isn't struggling like yours is. This is what His heart is like: when we were at our worst, when we were nothing but sinners, He gave us His Son, so that we wouldn't have to despair. We gave Him nothing but contempt, and what did He do? He gave us the most precious thing, Jesus Christ. What did Jesus Christ do when we were killing Him? He prayed for us, and then He died for the ungodly. Christ died for the ungodly. Here we can see the heart of God and what it is like.

Please know that I struggle with this too, I've been struggling with it for years. But I am a fool if I think that God is contained in my ill feelings. If my heart is ill or struggling with unbelief and despair, God isn't changed by any of that. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever. The same Christ, who came for the sinners, prayed for the ones killing Him, and died for the ungodly. He's the same. A true rock, immovable. Today, my mood may be good. Tomorrow, I can have despair. But it doesn't matter. Because He does not change. This is why I must separate my ill heart from the heart of God, which is not ill. Whatever I experience, be it doubt, anxiety, despair - it cannot undo what God is, it cannot undo what He did, it cannot undo what He does, it cannot unpromise what He has promised. The winds can blow and toss me around, but the rock of Christ will not be moved. It will not be moved.

Christ be with you all, and He certainly is.
