If you renounced the true God for a false one, a prayer of repentance and a renewed commitment to the Lord would be the way to approach this. He is always willing to forgive the sincere penitent.

Untill you have worked out what you believe you are being tossed around like a leaf in a storm.

Question Is there a God?
How do you account for the fact that everything exists.
Why is the universe orderly, in that maths can be used to explain it, chemistry, biology and physics follow reasonable 'laws'.

Second question why do people believe in God, or god's or a God, even atheist cry out ' Oh God ! ' spirits, supernatural etc believe in this is everywhere can you account for it?

Last question.
Jesus is a historical figure who predicted he would die violently, but that he would rise from the dead.
In the new testament we have the accuracy account of this, an account confirmed as accurate by many historians.

How do you account for his death, burial he resurrection?
What do you make of Jesus.

These are very big and very important questions the answers to which should be part of what motivates you.

I have been going through a lot of trouble and spiritual attacks and I find it hard to believe in God and am confused about who God or god is. I really need a lot of help... And prayers for myself and my family as they are not believers and have been coming under attack as well ><

God is a faithful person. He always does the right thing. God allows adversity in our lives to teach us obedience and reliance on Him, His purposes, and His ways. Learn who He is through His word. Be of good cheer and confidence. Is God's great pleasure to give you His kingdom. However that gift is on His terms not ours. His blessings are renewed every morning. Turn to Him, He is right there with you right now.

Well look at your own testimony without God, it's plain to see how that's going. So the alternative is to go with Him rather than against Him. There are many many gods, they all lead to the same place, darkness. You/we all were born dark, you need the one true and living God to take you into the light. You need the true and living God to push away the evil, you can't do that yourself. No human can. As long as you are seeking something else, someone else, another god rather than God things will remain as they are, dark, evil, troubled, no peace in your heart, and frankly eternal death separated from God. This is about way more than this very short life on earth, it has eternal consequences. Believe it......

We are talking about God who loves us and had His own Son die for us, on the cross. I would not pray to anyone else.

Jesus was bullied . . . rejected, spat upon, whipped, nailed. But Jesus is stronger than any and all evil. So, now Jesus is doing what is good, about what they did to Him. God is using the cross to do us all such good.

So, you can get some feeling of how it was for Jesus to be bullied, since you have been.

"casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)

Ask Jesus that you need clarity regarding Him.
