Asymptomatic means you don't show symptoms. This is the case for most sicknesses. Before you get the symptoms of the common cold, you first catch the cold and then you are contagious before the symptoms appear. You are asymptomatic and that is when you are mostly spreading the cold because you don't even know you have it and you're out and about in your daily life. Once the symptoms appear, you most likely stay home until you recover so you're not really spreading it anymore.

It's the same with COVID (and the flu and a lot of other similar sicknesses).

As for "this whold covid thing is a sham" - where did you get that from? Or is that just your opinion and not based on any facts?

Oh but yet most, they say, never show symptoms with this so called virus. So explain that? It’s a sham because the virus has never been purified nor gone through Koch’s postulates. On top of that the PCR test cannot diagnose any virus. The inventor of the test will tell you that much. And last, germ theory is a lie

I wear a mask all the time in any situation, indoors or out, where I am can or will be within 10 feet of anyone else outside of my household. But it's not about the common cold - I only gave that as an example. If someone else gets the cold they will almost certainly survive it. It's COVID that I am trying to help prevent the spread of.

As for those who NEVER show symptoms, that's a very small percentage of the people who get COVID. But they do exist. It happens also with flu or cold - people do get the flu or a cold and not show any symptoms. I'm surprised anyone would not know that, but maybe it's not surprising since the spread of the cold or flu is nowhere near as devastating as the spread of COVID.

As far as the virus having "never been purified nor gone through Koch's postulates", none of that means it's "a sham". Not sure why you expect me to believe your opinion over the facts from actual doctors and healthcare professionals who know better. What you call a "sham" has killed hundreds of thousands of people, including a few I know, and infected a few people I know as well who luckily survived it (but most of them have lingering effects). No, not a "sham".

What? Asymptomatic means showing no symptoms despite infection. They taught this concept in sex ed, how are people now doubting this?

You've chosen to buy into quacks on the internet rather than scientists and medical professionals. The whole thing you've just regurgitated is conspiracy theory, and not reflective of reality.

I personally know several people who were on ventilators due to Covid. Some were able to recover, others are still hanging on to life. None of these were people above 70, some were as young as in their 30s.

You don't even understand the difference between pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic (which is what i had referred to my post). You posts reek of ignorance and you seem to be proud of your ignorance. The disinformation you're spreading is dangerous.

A large swath of people have decided that education and science are conspiracies, and that the only truth you can find is either in some schmuck's Youtube channel or from Trump. They are so invested in their theory of the massive corruption that even the most common sense things are rejected because someone from the "mainstream media" may have said it.

It'd be funny if i wasn't living in a society with so many of these people celebrating ignorance.
