Zephaniah 2:15. This is the exultant city
that lived securely,
that said in her heart,
“I am, and there is no one else.”
What a desolation she has become,
a lair for wild beasts!
Everyone who passes by her
hisses and shakes his fist.

The Exultant City becomes a City of Oppression.

Zephaniah 3:
1
Woe to her who is rebellious and defiled,
the oppressing city!
2 She listens to no voice;
she accepts no correction.
She does not trust in the LORD;
she does not draw near to her God.
3
Her officials within her
are roaring lions;
her judges are evening wolves
that leave nothing till the morning.
4 Her prophets are fickle, treacherous men;
her priests profane what is holy;
they do violence to the law.
5 The LORD within her is righteous;
he does no injustice;
every morning he shows forth his justice;
each dawn he does not fail;
but the unjust knows no shame.

Are prophecies directed towards Jerusalem also upon The Church?

It reminded also of early in Daniel:

Daniel 4:30 the king exclaimed, "Is this not Babylon the Great, which I myself have built by the might of my power as a royal residence and for the glory of my majesty?"

Where, the general pattern shows up again (as in other places): the nation or king or people exult in themselves, just before their fall. 'Pride goeth before a fall.'

These prophesies have been fulfilled. The true Church is the Body of Christ ,those who's names have not been blotted out of the Book of Life. We will see tribulation, as our Lord Jesus Christ Of Nazareth tells us. But do not fear or be in dread. He will not leave you or forsake you. Be blessed.

Are prophecies directed towards Jerusalem also upon The Church?

Both

Are prophecies directed towards Jerusalem

the temple (the church of back then was left desolate here) prophesy in that regard was fulfilled here:

Jesus speaking ....

Matthew 23:38 “Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.” Jesus prophesied the city and the temple's destruction. To His own disciples, He said just three verses later, “There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down” (Matthew 24:2).

Both .... and the church are all those in Christ ... they are His church.

1 Corinthians 12:27
Berean Literal Bible
Now you are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

Colossians 1:18
And He is the head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and firstborn from among the dead, so that in all things He may have preeminence.

Jeremiah 7:4. Trust not in lying words saying: the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord…

Simply being a church member is no more insurance than having the temple
of the one true God in your capital city.

Jeremiah 7:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
2 Stand in the gate of the Lord’s house, and proclaim there this word,
and say, Hear the word of the Lord, all
you of Judah who enter in at these
gates to worship the Lord!
3 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Amend your ways and your
doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.
4 Do not trust in these lying words, saying, ‘The temple of the Lord, the temple
of the Lord, the temple of the Lord
are these.’
5 For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings, if you thoroughly
execute judgment between a man and his neighbor,
6 if you do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow,
and do not shed innocent blood in this place, or walk after other gods to your hurt,
7 then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers
forever and ever.
8 Behold, you trust in lying words that cannot profit.

11 Has this house, which is called by My name, become a den of thieves in your eyes?
Behold, I, even I, have seen it, says the Lord.

Without true repentance, the calling for intercessors from on high ceases.

16 Therefore do not pray for this people, nor lift up a cry or prayer
for them, nor make intercession to Me; for I will not hear you.
