The article in the OP talked about wearing goggles? Could you point out where that part is because I can't seem to find it in there. If you want to talk about wearing goggles shouldn't you start a thread where that can be discussed? This thread is about what's in the OP
I'd say it's about 100% more than the people who aren't wearing them.
Huh, it's pretty obvious you are more interested in discussing goggles than what this thread is about, so see my recommendation about starting a thread where you can discuss what you want to discuss instead.

They were busting on him as if not wearing a mask caused the virus...the OP seemed to have great joy in this occurring.
My statement was asking...why don't we have to wear goggles as the virus has that as a way of entry.

The Huff Post forgot to tell us where and when Cain condemned masks. Since that is the headline one would think that it would appear in at least one place in the body of the article. Perhaps the author doesn't understand English too well and thinks that "to condemn" means to tell people something is not mandatory?

This only demonstrates your ignorance on the issue. The masks are primarily beneficial to those around the person wearing it, not the wearer themself. Although there is some limited benefit for the wearer.
Cain is being called out because he seemingly celebrated* the absence of a mask requirement at this event. Mr Cain was being inconsiderate of others himself and celebrating the selfishness of the like-minded.
If the infected person(s) had been wearing a mask(s), then perhaps Mr Cain wouldn't have contracted the disease.. through his eye, mouth, nose or whatever means.

No, but since he was infected he could have given it to someone else because he didn't wear a mask. We don't wear mask's to protect ourselves we wear them to protect the people around us. Which he failed to do.

The point seems fairly obvious i.e. masks would not be mandatory and Cain is happy about that.
The only one confused is the author of the article's headline that thought, apparently without evidence, that Cain condemned masks. If he did condemned masks then I think the article would have contained some quote of his where he condemns masks. The article does not contain any such quote. In the quote provided Cain does not condemn masks. Cain obviously feels that being forced to wear a mask is wrong but he does not condemn the masks or even the wearing of them. The most one can get from his quote is that he doesn't want them to be mandatory and is angry that they have been made so elsewhere.

The article itself seems to be fairly well written so I am wondering if the headline was written by someone other than the author. Someone that is looking to spin and sensationalize rather than accurate news reporting. IMO Cain would look foolish enough by reporting this accurately. No need to invent things that did not occur.
