Psalm 15:
1 Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle?
Who may dwell in Your holy hill?
2 He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness,
and speaks the truth in his heart.

King David spoke as the Lord’s Anointed (Mashiach) and by definition
spoke
by the same Spirit as Yeshua HaMashiach.

walks uprightly:
We must be tameem[H8549]: without blemish, blameless, perfect.
Used in the law of Moses to describe acceptable sacrifices.
Twice in Genesis to describe men of God.

Genesis 6:9. This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man,
perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God.

Genesis 17:1. When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram
and said to him, I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless.

Notice that Noah is described as blameless,
while Abram is commanded to be blameless.

works righteousness:a habitual behavior of doing right.

and speaks the truth in his heart.
Now we are irreversibly bound to the new covenant by this verse. We can no longer simply speak of actions, do’s and don’ts of Law, but of a Spirit of Truth in our hearts. To answer the questions posed by verse one, we must be born again. We must receive the promise of the Holy Spirit, The Law must be written on our hearts.

This is the Will of God In Christ for the Church, by the power of the Holy Spirit:
Ephesians 5:27:that He might present her to Himself a glorious church,
not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy
and without blemish.

Psalm 15:4. In whose eyes a vile person is despised,
But he honors those who fear the LORD;
He who swears to his own hurt and does not change.
Honor your commitments.
Matthew 5:
33 Again you have heard that it was said to those of old, You shall not swear falsely,
but shall perform your oaths to the Lord.
34 But I say to you, do not swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is God’s throne;
35 nor by the earth, for it is His footstool; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.
36 Nor shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black.
37 But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.

Psalm 15:3. He who does not backbite with his tongue,
Nor does evil to his neighbor,
Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend.

2 Corinthians 4:2. We have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor
handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves
to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.

James 2:
8
If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well;
9 but if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors.

Love Your Neighbor
Romans 13:
8
Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
9 For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
