White Antifa members are allegedly inciting insurrection, defacing and burning historic churches, D.C. monuments.

WASHINGTON, D.C., June 1, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – As rioters, looters and anarchists continue to incite violence across the nation, commandeering the nation’s grief over the tragic death of George Floyd last week, the defacing and burning of historic churches and national monuments has been added to the daily carnage.

The toll of personal injury and property destruction inflicted by what some say are radical left-wing groups, such as Antifa, is already incalculable, with more promised for this week. President Trump on Sunday singled out on Twitter Antifa as one group to be blamed for the violence at what began as peaceful protests over George Floyd’s death.

Absolutely, then blame Trump for the whole thing.
You're right of course.
When Obama was president this type of violence, day after day and night after night, just did not happen.

Or did it?

Yes. I seem to remember it did.
Baltimore comes to mind...and other cities.

I thought the chaos was Antifa at first, but I've changed my mind as things have gotten worse. It's become much too extreme--they'll break windows, but I don't think that enough of them are into all out arson to explain what's going on right now. Not that they're not getting themselves into trouble too, since they probably are, but I doubt they're behind the craziest aspects of what's going on.

The whole thing is really ugly, and now there are apparently white supremacist groups posing as Antifa: Twitter says fake "Antifa" account was run by white supremacists - CBS News

I’m very iffy on that. It all boils down to that (white) as a convenient excuse.

If you look at the article, I think "white supremacist" was bit click-baity, since one of the groups they talk about is the Boogaloo Bois, who they describe as a far-right anarchist group that is anti-police, not specifically a white supremacist group.

CNN is dropping that suggestion like pennies. I don’t consider the powers that be on Twitter bastions of truth either.

Exactly. There is zero credible evidence that white supremacist group are behind anything. The media has consistently used their wishful thinking regarding various shootings and other acts of violence.

Agitators behind the rioting that has paralyzed the country over the past week want to move into more suburban areas, a government intelligence source has told Fox News.

Much of the worry stems from the notion that many in well-armed, suburban, and rural neighborhoods won't hesitate to exercise their Second Amendment rights and elevated anxieties could lead to heavy confrontation.

"Antifa knows this," said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. "Local and state authorities have to get a grip on this because if it moves to the suburbs, more people will die."

Several analysts pointed to places that have served as something of "testbed" locations – including Madison, Wis., which was ransacked Saturday night, along with quiet pockets of Charleston, S.C.

Antifa arrests coming, concerns over riots heading to suburbia, government source says

And arrests among its highest ranks may be imminent.

Intelligence sources pointed out that indictments have been building for some time, and a close examination of funding revenues remains under the microscope. While Antifa operates as something of a leaderless militant wing, sources closely engaged in the matter said that there are identifiable top brass driving and inciting criminal activity.

"These are smart people, educated people and it runs like a cell right out of the anti-fascist tradecraft books of Europe in the 1970s, it doesn't have a head or hierarchy, but it has a lot of local leadership," the government insider explained. "The local apparatus has very good intelligence capabilities, but where their weaknesses are is in communication and using apps that allow for large group chats."

An NYPD source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, concurred that fears were escalating in suburban pockets of New York state following a rash of rumors pertaining to looting starting there

But it's the narrative that seems to be pushed the hardest right now, that it's all a right wing conspiracy to loot and pillage and burn and spread mayhem. Because, of course, antifa wouldn't do ANYTHING like that. Of course.

The propaganda war from the left on America is white hot. And the blame MUST be assigned to Trump and his minions of the right. George Floyd would be alive today except for Trump and his minions of the right. And the police, all of them Trump minions. I'm tired of it. But they can't have their revolution without a few good lies.

I think it's quite credible that antifa is seizing the opportunity for revolution. Cynically taking the anguish caused by the bad actions of a group of bad police officers in one police department known to have big troubles and going for broke. It's not about George Floyd any more. It's not about the Minneapolis police any more. It's about burning down America. And that does not respect the original anguish of one man's wrongful death or how to fix the cause. Floyd's family have been ripped off. Floyd's community have been ripped off.
