Jesus and the Father are one but Jesus made it clear the Father had set Him apart and sent Him into the world- meaning they’re different persons but One God.
John 5:30
"I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.”

Don't assume that everything that exists was made.
