You have a strange definition of "problem." I wish more states had that problem.
Try reading what I wrote and the post to which I was responding. I never said that having a low infection rate was a problem. I said that the fact that we had a low rate may be why people are so quickly going out without masks. That is the problem.
The real question is why you want a state that has been successful at keeping infection rates low to learn to imitate states that have not.
Part of the reason why we had a low rate was because the governor took quick action. Restaurants and bars were closed Except for takeout. Hair salons and barbershops were closed. Liquor stores remained open, but they were off limits to people from other states. Masks were required in public. They still are but now that we are opening back up people seem to be ignoring that.

I don’t hate anyone. Try reading the thread. I haven’t said such a thing anyplace.
