Phoebe Ann says:
Those are the words of demons. Why would you quote demons?
Talking about heaven are the words of demons? Think again?
2 Corinthians 12:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth
such an one caught up to the
third heaven.
Now I would be on biblical grounds to think that if there is a third heaven, there is a second heaven and a first heaven.
Some Christians have got together to discuss what these heavens are. They came up with the idea that the first heaven is just above the earth. The second heaven is our galaxie, and the third heaven is far into the universe.
Well if that is how you interpret what the implications are of this scripture, fine. We interpret it a little different.
Our interpretation is as good as yours, so who is to say which one is right?
But is everything I say about our belief in heaven, the words of demons? You need to apologize for being so rude.
The goats don't follow the Shepherd. How did you come up with that?
Goats know their master, but do not follow him. Therefore they will not be with Christ in heaven. The will not be in the highest (first heaven), but according to their works they may be in the second heaven (second heaven), or they could, if they are real bad, end up in the lowest heaven (third heaven).
We never claimed that goats are going to heaven!
Everyone, except for a few, are going to one of the levels of heaven. Remember:
Romans 14:11 King James Version (KJV)
11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. What are the requirements to get into heaven?
So all will go, it just depends now on their good works as to which level of heaven they get into.
There will be no goats with Jesus. They don't belong to Him.
You are right, but they will eventually bow their knees and confess him their Savior. Then find themselves in the third heaven where Christ will not visit.
There is a biblical place in fact, remember:
2 Corinthians 12:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth
such an one caught up to the
third heaven.
We believe the third heaven is the lowest heaven, and this is where the goats will go, because they bowed their knees and confessed Jesus their Savior, but their works were none, so they go to this level of heaven.[/QUOTE]
