2 Timothy 2:20, 21.
But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor.
Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

1 John 3:1-3.
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

2 Corinthians 7:1.
Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

1 Thessalonians 4:1-4.
Finally then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God;
for you know what commandments we gave you through the Lord Jesus.
For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality;
that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor.

1 Corinthians 3:11-15.
For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw,
each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is.
If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward.
If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.

1 Peter 4:17.
For it is time for judgment to begin, starting with the house of God. And if it starts with us, what will be the fate of those who are disobedient to the gospel of God?

Romans 9:21-24.
Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?
If God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction,
and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy,
which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called,
not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Can a child experience a Father's wrath ?

I guess so, but a Father's wrath doesn't last forever ...

Psalm 103

8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

Can One Called A Believer Experience God's Wrath?

It depends on what is meant with “believer”. Bible tells for example that also demons believe. Still, I don’t think they avoid God’s wrath.

You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe, and shudder.
James 2:19

Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Mat. 7:21

If we are present in a place and time when God is wrathful you can usually expect it to fall on the both the righteous and unrighteous unless God has specifically made an escape for the righteous. What some call wrath may not be wrath. If you are in particular referring to judgement it depends on what group of people are receiving the judgement. God has at times delivered His people from judgement on others but what about when His people are the ones the judgement falls on? I suppose the question ultimately boils down to whether or not God judges or pours wrath on His children or not.

The Day of the Lord 2 Peter 3:
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.
11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,
12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?
13
Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

Is this the fire that will try everyone's works?

1 Corinthians 3:15
. If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved,
yet so as through fire.

Isaiah 33:14.
The sinners in Zion are afraid;
Fearfulness has seized the hypocrites:
Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire?
Who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?

Will anything pass through the fire, but the fruit of the Spirit?

Matthew 3:11. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.
