Well, the whole pandemic thing aside, I guess this year for me has been pretty nice considering the crush I gained on the adorable coworker of mine. ^-^

Working on the frontline in a clinical managerial role, 2020 has been a very busy year. I've had to support people coping with our current situation at all kinds of different levels. More than any time in my working life, I have had to have stamina, strength and resilience. I have also been astounded by the capability of human beings to draw together, show care, support and empathy towards each other during very uncertain times.

2020 has been an unprecedented and trying year for me, but also a year of great manifestations of God in my life. It's also been a year of personal and spiritual growth.

So far I've experienced: all the stress of Covid-19 and isolation, a scare when exhibiting symptoms of the virus, intense spiritual attacks, family issues, new friendships formed, destroyed friendships, strengthened friendships, financial setbacks, a newly discovered interest / passion and business opportunity, brand new skills learned, being entrusted with a Christian community of my own, etc. It's been rather eventful to say the least.

This year I've also dedicated myself to self-improvement, and to become the best version of myself possible. I've certainly made my share of mistakes, but am learning from them and will only further mature as a result. I can also sense God moving and blessing my efforts. We'll see what the rest of the year brings.

Bumpy start but found out today I got the job I applied for. It was actually really nice going through all the interviews via video call.

So once things calm down I'll be moving to Toronto!

I have had worse years than 2020 so far.

2020 has been inconvenient. My health was put at risk for a surgery I needed which had to be rescheduled. My performance as an instructor was lackluster since I had to do the second half of the semester completely online. I'm likely not going to have a job in FY2021 because of the economic fallout between the Socialist Republic of Illinois and DC.

Still, that's much better than some years. I'm sheltered, fed, and I don't lack for anything other than human interaction (which I like very little of, but still).

My 2020 has been going very good this year. I don't know about you?
Believe it or not this has been one of my best years. Despite the pandemic, I have increased my training and been doing so much better with my running and health. Working remotely has also made allergies and sickness less. Which makes me wonder about office space and just the germs that we share even when we are in vehicles together.

I've also grown closer to friends that were a little distant before and didn't have time because of running around before. Especially mothers. I've also found a niche in encouraging friends during this pandemic with wacky Wednesday photos. I have quite a fan club going.

And on top of this I started online dating and feel closer to knowing what I'm looking for then in the past. I've been working on updates in the way that I look and self-care. Nothing that compromises me as a person but just becoming a little bit more feminine.

My work department has grown closer through our team meeting chats. We've gotten to know more about each other than before. Even though most of those working remotely are not in the same building as me now, we have grown closer through social media.

Lastly I have been creating local travel to go onlon my long runs and posting many of the pictures of what I see around me. Even if others aren't runners ,they still have an appreciation for God's beauty in nature. There are some negatives but I will only focus on the positives.
