My 5 year old does that. He sits on the floor leaning back with his legs up. He puts both feet in until they poke through then rolls forward to stand. However, being an adult it would be more efficient to do a backwards roll instead.

Set up time-restrictions on your phone apps, lock them (e.g. with an applock, or your phone's innate features if present), give the code to a trusted accountability partner, put your phone and any other distracting devices in a different room before you go to bed. Instead of using your phone alarm, use an alarm app that forces you to get up and take a photo of a certain place (i.e. a QR code you've pasted up somewhere) so you can't snooze - it'll help you set good sleep habits. Exercise daily. Cover yourself in peanut butter.

If you took up my suggestion of a firewall you wouldn't need this advice. If your mail box is in close proximity to your wall it would be too hot for Mr Postman/woman to touch. No more junk mail (nor bills).
