Wrong. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life". He also said, "No one comes to the Father except through me." Don't distort Jesus' words and alter their meaning.
Many have come unto Christ through His church. Many have come unto Christ through the scriptures like the one you quoted. I can quote scriptures too:
(New Testament | Ephesians 5:22 - 29)
22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as
the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as
Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27
That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
True Christians are judged not only by their faith but also by their works:
(New Testament | Revelation 20:12 - 13)
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
(Old Testament | Ecclesiastes 12:13 - 14)
13 ¶ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
