(CLV) Hb 8:10
"For this is the covenant which I shall be covenanting with the house of Israel after those days," the Lord is saying: "Imparting My laws to their comprehension, On their hearts, also, shall I be inscribing them, And I shall be to them for a God, And they shall be to Me for a people.

Please quote all the OT Scriptures which pertain to the new covenant salvation of Jesus Christ so that we can examine them all together in order to see if it is the Israelites alone which will be under the new covenant, or if the new covenant was always intended for the gentiles also.

I tend to believe the same.

"But like Adam, they broke the covenant; in this they have acted deceitfully against me.

RE: The Law of Moses and the first covenant cannot be separated.

We know that the first covenant was made obsolete by the new covenant so therefore the Law of Moses is also obsolete. Obsolete: no longer in use.

Hebrews 8:13
In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear.

RE: The Law of Moses and the first covenant cannot be separated.

Hebrews 8:13

Isaiah 40:8
The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.

Nonsense. Don't tell me that the message of Yahshua's entire ministry, the example he set for us as he told us to follow him, his obedience to his father's word, even unto death, died with him.

Yahshua said that the law would not pass before earth:

(CLV) Lk 16:17
Yet it is easier for heaven and earth to pass by than for one serif of the law to fall.

Paul siad that the law was to be fulfilled in us:

(CLV) Ro 8:4
that the just requirement of the law may be fulfilled in us, who are not walking in accord with flesh, but in accord with spirit.

Yahshua declared the law even just before he ascended to the father:

(CLV) Lk 24:44
Now He said to them, "These are My words, which I speak to you, still being with you, for all must be fulfilled that is written in the law of Moses and the prophets and psalms concerning Me."

The written Law of Moses was put in force in the desert for all the biological descendants of Abraham because they worshiped the golden calf and so this Law of Moses had its own commandments and statutes regarding diet, festival, sabbath, and circumcision requirements. This Law of Moses passed away with the destruction of the Jews' temple in 70 A.D. Jesus' death on the cross atoned for all these sins of His ancestors. Ephesians 2:11-18

However, the spirit of the Law of Moses will not pass away because it has been in effect since the creation of Adam and Eve and it was in force before Abraham was circumcised and Abraham was declared righteous before His circumcision. The spirit of God's law is and always was:

Matthew 22:34-40
But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sad′ducees, they came together. 35 And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question, to test him. 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets.”

Romans 7:6
But now we are discharged from the law (of Moses), dead to that (law of Moses) which held us captive, so that we serve not under the old written code (Law of Moses) but in the new life of the Spirit (Law of Christ).

Please note that "we" have been discharged from the Law of Moses. The Law of Moses is no longer in force. The new covenant (Law of Christ) is in force and always will be.

2 Corinthians 3:6
who has made us competent to be ministers of a new covenant, not in a written code (Law of Moses) but in the Spirit (Law of Christ); for the written code (Law of Moses) kills, but the Spirit (Law of Christ) gives life.

On our physical planet earth, the spiritual "heaven and earth" of the Jews was their Temple/Religious life/rituals. This way of life for the Jews indeed passed/vanished away in 70 A.D. with the destruction of their temple and of their great city Jerusalem. Apocalyptic literature is not necessarily meant to be taken in a literal manner and it is definitely not the literal physical heaven and earth that Jesus is talking about here.

Matthew 5:18
For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth (the Jews' temple in Jerusalem) pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all is accomplished.

Hebrews 8:13
In speaking of a new covenant he treats the first as obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

Jesus was prophesying that the Jews' temple and their religious way of life was about to end, and it did end within that very generation just as Jesus prophesied.

Matthew 24:1-2
Jesus left the temple and was going away, when his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. 2 But he answered them, “You see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another, that will not be thrown down.”

Matthew 24:34
Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all these things take place.

Now He said to them, "These are My words, which I speak to you, still being with you, for all must be fulfilled that is written in the law of Moses and the prophets and psalms concerning Me."

This is a better translation:

Luke 24:44
Then he said to them, “These are my words which I spoke to you, while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and the psalms must be fulfilled.”

This is past tense. In Luke 24:44, Jesus was referring to what He had said before He was crucified; that He would fulfill/do all the things that were prophesied about Him and He actually did/fulfilled everything that was prophesied about Him:

Matthew 5:17
“Think not that I have come to abolish the law and the prophets; I have come not to abolish them but to fulfil them.

Luke 16:16
The law and the prophets were until John; since then the good news of the kingdom of God is preached, and every one enters it violently.
