Hi - I would like permission to post this POV.. (beware ( it is a bit of good news about progress in treating Covid19)
===========================================
.
French study of 1,000+ patients, including seniors, see 98% success rate with hydroxychloroquine-azithromycin regimen | CLG News
Clinical medical trials for hydroxychloroquine show astounding clinical results - Geller Report News
==============================
Some facts we probably all already know about but are not politicizing science or pandemics.
1. Fact 1 - President Trump did NOT introduce Hydroxychloroquine to the united states in 1955 - (nor does he claim to have done so). He cannot be condemned for its existence.
2. Fact 2 - since 1955 that drug has had a lot of testing -- and a lot of use.
3. Fact 3 - no one has shown that it is "better to die of covid19 than to suffer a remotely possible side-affect from a drug that has been available and in use since 1955" -- not even the CIA internal memo to its employees on best practices.
In one of the recent Covid19 trials having 1000 patients treated with Hydroxychloroquine
French study of 1,000+ patients, including seniors, see 98% success rate with hydroxychloroquine-azithromycin regimen | CLG News
French study of 1,000+ patients, including seniors, see 98% success rate with hydroxychloroquine-azithromycin regimen | CLG News
it was observed that the drug had 98% success rate and no side affects of the medication were observed among the 1000 during the trial
Who among those actually suffering with Covid19 in the hospital would not want to be given "that chance" to survive!!!?
Why else are all those doctors and nurses dealing with Covid-19 patients asking for this drug for themselves if in fact they are the ones rejecting it for others?

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), sold under the brand name Plaquenil among others, is a medication used to prevent and treat malaria in areas where malaria remains sensitive to chloroquine.[2] Other uses include treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and porphyria cutanea tarda.[2] It is taken by mouth.[2] It is also being studied as a treatment for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).[3][4]
Common side effects include vomiting, headache, changes in vision, and muscle weakness.[2] Severe side effects may include allergic reactions, vision problems, and heart problems.[2][5] Although all risk cannot be excluded, it remains a treatment for rheumatic disease during pregnancy.[6] Hydroxychloroquine is in the antimalarial and 4-aminoquinoline families of medication.[2]
Hydroxychloroquine was approved for medical use in the United States in 1955.[2] It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the safest and most effective medicines needed in a health system.[7] In 2017, it was the 128th most commonly prescribed medication in the United States, with more than five million prescriptions.[8][9]

Now for a recent story that is not really remarkable on the surface but some have tried to politicize it. --
"The Washington Post’s Devlin Barrett is reporting that on March 27, a CIA website for employees warned that hydroxychloroquine (which has been used to treat malaria) could have dangerous side effects. On that website, according to Barrett, a CIA representative asserted, “At this point, the drug is not recommended to be used by patients except by medical professionals prescribing it"
Fine - so as we all know -- it is a prescription only medication - so why do they have to say "get it by prescription only --- when speaking to CIA employees?" ... well maybe... it's because... they are CIA!
In other words - as part of their ordinary job duties some of them might have access to prescription-only drugs that are obtained without an actual prescription. So then they are being warned not to go outside the normal parameters for this drug.
As for some who complain about the drug - notice that the article above does not say
1. This therapy does not work for Covid19
2. This has worse affects than dying of Covid19
3. all use of hydroxychloroquine is now deemed bad medical practice
All of that pretty obvious - not really remarkable news, but at the same time it is a promising therapy for the pandemic until a vaccine shows up.

If it turns out that this POV is not allowed on this forum please remove my thread and let me know the reasons.
Thanks.

AWR has had several medical experts looking at the above information and promoting it.
BTW (just added this today) - AWR just published a video reporting that FAR-UVC neutralizes aerosolized Covid19 in about 3 minutes and is only needed at very low doses via UV lights in public places to reduce the risk by over 90%.
And here is another source looking at it as well.
UV Light That Is Safe for Humans but Bad for Bacteria and Viruses
And of course AWR is also promoting studies showing the benefit of sunlight, vitamin D3 and hydrothermal contrast therapy that we all know and love.
