Lily - we've missed you too !
Have to admit a car does help for shopping in these times. Mine is out for 1 run a week - I go to my local Tesco for the 'oldies' hour and actually I'm there before it as it's very very quiet then and I can get round pretty quickly .
I used to get my stuff delivered by Tesco about once a month - a really big shop but at present I can't get a delivery slot before mid-May !! As a result I have to go myself - snag is that I'm limited as to how much I can physically carry - even from the car into the house - I only had two bags on Monday but one of those was a real struggle for me to carry into the house
However I'm stocked up now and won't need to get anything more till next week.
