Fishing. Sitting with nothing to do, on a stinky mud bank, baking in the sun, waiting endlessly for my chance to murder an unsuspecting animal...that tastes disgusting and makes me gag...after I remove its stinky guts...and bones (leaving just enough behind to choke on).

Yeah, I can agree with that one. I've never been fond of fishing. However, if I were ever stranded in the wilderness with nothing but a stick and piece of string, at least I know how so I wouldn't starve.

Professional sports. Nothing like watching a bunch of sweaty millionaires I don't even know run around and play a game I don't even like. Somehow, I'm supposed to care which side wins. If I'm actually in the stadium, then it's a double bonus of putting myself in a potential mass-death situation.

Well, now, that one I have to disagree with. I love baseball, and recently I've gotten into football ... KC is my sports town. I love playing as well, and maybe that's a factor in watching. There's also a sense of history and community that gets wrapped up in it. Baseball has been a part of my family life for generations ... my grandfather, father, and my sons. I've met KC fans all over the U.S. and it's an instant spark for getting to know someone.

Yes, though I don't recall which ones now. It's been a long time. Hubby doesn't like to play any sort of games.

I'm sure he's a super guy you enjoy spending time with, but it sounds like you need to join a group of board game enthusiasts to satisfy your craving and get therapy to resolve your childhood trauma regarding Monopoly ... or maybe I'm reading too much into this.

Swing sets. Always scared me to death when people would swing super high on them.

I used to love swing sets, but now I get dizzy. My kids were always an excuse to do stuff like that again, swinging, sledding. If and when grandkids come along, maybe I'll give it another try.
