Thank you for your prayers, faithinlilfe. That diagnosis I gave was incorrect. My son actually has sciatic nerve pain and is now on medication for it. He was receiving physiotherapy and had been given some exercises to do but any further appointments have had to be cancelled and he has been put back on the waiting list.
Praying for everyone's protection during these difficult and challenging times. Psalm 91

Praying for your son, NIrelandGillian, for healing from the sciatic nerve pain. Praying that the medication works in getting rid of the pain; and that the physiotherapy has helped and also that the exercises will work well for strength and in taking care of the pain. Praying for a complete recovery.

Praying for families on this Easter weekend, for the social distancing, and that they will have a blessed Easter contacting family online, by social media, and phones. To be safe and healthy this Easter season. Praying that each person will have a blessed time during the Good Friday and Easter online services.

This is the Psalm 91 that @NIrelandGillian referred to:
"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

I'd appreciate prayer for Marius, whom we've prayed for before. He is a Christian, but the lockdown means that he and his family won't be able to go to Church. I don't know what arrangements they have, but would you please pray for them that they continue to grow in the Lord. English is their second language, so they may not be able to read the Bible. Please would you also pray for their income as they won't be able to work in the lockdown. Thank you.

Praying for Marius and his family, that they would continue to receive teaching and fellowship. M's leg is still painful, but maybe not as bad. At the moment he's not very happy with the coronavirus situation, which has meant extra hours at work for him - that's difficult for someone with autism.

Praying for Marius and his family, for Christian teaching and fellowship during the coronavirus. There are good Christian online Bible teachings; hoping they will find ones they like. And also listen to some of the online church services. Praying for their income during this time. Praying for M's leg, that he will have healing of any pain. Praying that his work situation improves, and he does not need to work too many extra hours.

I haven't been on GE much this week, as it has been very hectic, but I've prayed for the prayer requests.
Dave, a neighbour of mine, will be 40 this week and I'm giving him a book about Christianity. He knows I'm a Christian, and I've prayed for him occasionally, but he hasn't yet shown much personal interest in it. It's more a matter of me giving him what I want him to have rather than what he might like, which I feel a bit bad about in some ways. However he likes reading non-fiction and the book is coming from an intellectual angle which I think would suit him. Please would you pray that it touches his life and that he comes to know the Lord. Many thanks.
