How can God be Love, Christ be exactly like God, the Bible definition of Love, our being required to Love everyone and have God not Love everyone?
There’s no requirement for God to love everyone for Him to be love.

God loves everyone. Means those who sin against those he loves are punished.

The distinction between the sheep and goat is this: The sheep choose to listen and follow him. A goat can become a sheep in response to his call. We were all goats once.
There’s no scripture to support goats becoming sheep.

If God presents something about Himself, like He did with Christ, than for Him to go back on that would be misleading (a lie).

Yes but there are aspects of God's nature that are beyond our logic and comprehension like for example the trinity.

Their repentance isn’t necessary for God to choose to save them.
If a man refuses to repent of his sin, He cannot be saved. Those are mutually exclusive. God does not make us repent. We do that in response to His call.

There’s no scripture to support goats becoming sheep.
There is every scripture that confirms universal atonement.

1 John 2:2
He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.

Titus 2:11
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people,

John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Hebrews 2:9
But we see him who for a little while was made lower than the angels, namely Jesus, crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.

2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

1 John 4:14
And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.

1 Timothy 4:10
For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.

John 1:29
The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

2 Corinthians 5:14-15
For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.

2 Corinthians 5:15
And he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.

Circular answers that lead no where. I'll stick with what Jesus said.
1. He loves the world. John 3:16
2. The Spirit convicts the world (everyone) of sin. John 16:8
Which of the eight-plus definitions of “world” was John using?

Repentance isn’t required to be born again. It’s the result of it.

The carpet bomb approach. Lots of verses, no context.

If your argument is solid, pick one and we can examine it. In context.

Do we need to know that? Maybe if we learned to know his ways with us, He’d explain the harder things.

It’s required. Without repentance there is no forgiveness. One cannot be saved from sin unless we give it up first.

God can "choose" to do anything he wants to do, so not sure how to address that.

That said, my view on that is, God saves those who show their worth by being obedient. Meaning, those who are obedient to him are not considered worthless at all.
Can God chose to lie?
