How one claim to be sinless while knowingly breaking anyone of God's 10 commandments?
Love God and your neighbor. And you will need no more commands and rules for your life, your conscience, reason and spirit will lead you.

Indeed, on these two commandments of love to God and man hang all the law and the prophets. For this
we shall not commit adultery, we shall not kill, we shall not steal, we shall not bear false witness, we shall not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly summe up in this saying, namely, we shall. Love works no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

2 Peter 2:
18 For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error. 19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage. 20 For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. 21 For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. 22 But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: “A dog returns to his own vomit,” and, “a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire.”
“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” 1 John 3:9 (KJV 1900)

“We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.” 1 John 5:18 (KJV 1900)

Sure, Sabbath was not even worth mentioning and is hidden under the "if there be any other..." part.

And I suppose, you being SDA, that the Sabbath is what is main for you.

1Jn1v8If we should say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9If we should confess our sins, He is faithful and just, that He may forgive us our sins and might cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10If we should say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

So you agree with the title?

When we are glorified our sin will be removed.

I think sin may just be in our DNA?
The Genetics of Sin Nature | Genesis and Genetics
The Bible talks about our “sinful nature,” “the flesh,” and “carnal man” all of which refer to an attribute found in all humans: a propensity to sin. So the question is: Is this propensity to sin in our DNA? The answer is yes, sin nature is hardwired in us and in our DNA. We are not forced to sin, but we have the tendency to sin. This is not a God given tendency, but rather a result of Adam eating the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden some 6000 years ago.

Hopefully, they will think twice when declaring the lie that a Christian can't be sinless.

People are born into a sinful condition just as a fish is born wet.
None are dry, no not one.

Not born to sin....but born into sin.

1 John 5:19
We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.

Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (Except for the goody-good ones already sinless)

Psalm 51:5
Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.

1 John 1:8
If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Romans 3:10
As it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one;

Isaiah 64:6
We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment.

The world is like a river of filth and Jesus is like a pair of waders
we need to get to the other side.

I see where you stand.
And this explains that:

1 John 2:15
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world.

Revelation 20:11
Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them.

Revelation 21:1-27
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” ...

The question was on your interpretation of scripture, so no need to flatter yourself just yet.
That's not what "I'm flattered" means when said to another person.
To a mirror, possibly.

The title is believed by many, just not by me. It was sarcasm.

Jesus did both.

However, one of the is instantaneous, the other takes time... a life tume to be precise.

Which is why we must REMAIN fighting the good fight and taking up our cross and following Christ EVERYDAY.

When we accept Jesus into our heart as our savior..... the punishment is taken away.

We remain in sinful flesh and BECAUSE we are still capable of sin, we must choose daily to put down the will of flesh (to sin) and to be led by the Holy Spirit to do the will of tge Father.

We will never be lerfect, but we will in time become more like Jesus.

For example, say I curse like a sailor.... through prayer and repentance (turning away from my desire to do it) Instead of talking that way every moment if the day, it only happens once or twice a week, then, a month, then year... then it is far from me and no longer do that which I did not want to do.

Since my tongue will have been made controlled, I would be more like Christ.

The best way I heard it put to visually understand the difference is this:

The punishment for our sins are like the army of Egypt. Swallowed up in an instant and no longer something we shoukd fear, provided we remain under God's grace and mercy.

Our sins remain in the land, just like the giants of Canaan. God wants us to have victory in the land, but WE have to go to battle with those giants.

We can be as most of Israel and say "they are too tough" and cower away, or trust our God will lead us to victory over the giants of the land and we will over come those giants (our flesh and sin).

Jesus was named Jesus because He will save His people from their sins.... not just... He is called Jesus because He will save His people from punishment. Matthew 1:21

We will never be perfect as long as we see in flesh as there will always be something re ealed that we need to deal with, but we are to confront sin in our own li es, not justify ourselves.

So yes, He did both. The first one He did to connect us to the Father in an instant, the other is a life long dependency upon the Father to grow us and change us into the likeness of His son.

I don't think anyone can go one day without sin.
Mind wakes up = sinful thoughts.
M-Bob

Especially when you realize that sin is literally anything short of perfection. It doesn't even have to be a obviously sinful thought like a thought of lust or violence, it could be something as simple as thinking about that puzzle game you downloaded on your phone, or that interesting TV show you watched, or that cute picture you saw on facebook.
Are any of those glorifying God? Probably not, so they are sin.
