They haven't done that yet here, but they have things posted on the floor at the check out and meat counter as to where you should be standing (6 ft. apart). And there's an announcement on the speaker that keeps saying to stand 6 ft apart. Most people were obeying the order, but there were a few who didn't care and were walking around right next to people, talking on their phones.

Same here (without the cellphones). I got to the grocery store at 7:00 this morning, on store opening. Only 7 pkgs of tp (store allows no more than 1 pkg each), vits were very sparse, I forgot to check fo flour :doh:for you guys, all was mostly stocked but not overflowing. Glad I went when I did, as there would have been very little left this afternoon.
National news last night said that the RO (# of people infected by each person with the virus) in our state and in CA only have gone down due to the aggressive, early restrictions done here and CA. Our state is down to 1.4 RO from 2.7! Our governor has extended our stay at home order til 5/4 now tho'. I used hand sanitizer 3 different times for grocery shopping. Once before and 2 different times after. Almost everyone wore a mask, too. (I used a muffler that I had, but it was super hot!). Checkers have a plexiglass shield and wear masks and gloves, too.

Watching the daily briefing with Trump now. Next couple of weeks do not sound too promising. :(

Same here. I stood back from the register until the other guy's order was complete. I've only been going to the store once a week. Otherwise, staying in except for my walk around the block.

We take a drive or two every day. We go through a drive through and get sodas. We go for walks. I go hit golf balls and practice chipping and putting, by myself, keeping the 6 feet. When the weather gets better, I will walk the course alone. I use common sense. Sanitize regularly. But I will not curl up in a ball. Not seeing kids and grandkids is enough.

My cat sat by me at EWTN mass today part of the time and watched. He wanted my palm. Given that many of us have to watch mass from home, has anyone else find their pets joining them for mass?
My critters join me for everything! Lol!

Our little fur baby (kittty) joined us today but fell asleep by the time of the Eucharist :)

I’m really curious about that.
I downloaded the Skype app from the google play store. I tested it with my boyfriend to see if it worked, and it did. But, I don't really like it.

My dr appt this week will be via phone (thank heaven!), I'm really glad it's not via FaceTime/Skype/Messenger, etc. I've done a couple video messaging things with the grands and although it was great to see the little ones roll all over and kiss the screen (baby kisses are sooo cute) and the older ones came on for a minute, I like sound-only phones better.

So my husband went fishing. I tried to talk him out of it but that was impossible. Wondering if that’s even allowed??

Here in Michigan, you can fish from the shore, but not from a boat.
