We are officially in Spring and it certainly feels like it. Weather was so mild today, I managed to go out in just a shirt and jeans and still feel comfortable. Went out for a bike ride today, but it was a bit of struggle. I haven't biked for quite a number of months, and I certainly didn't feel fit!

Today is my day off work and I've had a lot of fun "self-isolating".

I've just worked out how to use video chat on Facebook and have been chatting with friends and showing them around my home.

I'm going for a quiet walk up the canal this afternoon. There will be no-one about except the ducks.
