It usually isn't worth the effort anyway. I just give arguing up to the Lord.

It is very important to note if you feel anger after reading a question. For one of the fruits of the spirit is "slowness to anger." This should not be over looked or given up.

It didnt cross my mind that an inquiry into why one would single out one person, out of tens of thousands in the same situation, to pray for, would be considered an argument. I thought there was a reason for it. If not, it could just be said that there isnt. I see no place for arguments.

Right. In my case in general when posting, I just find arguing to be unfruitful and I just drop it. Handing something over to the Lord I find relaxing, always have. This ( my comment above) isn't directed at any particular issue, it's just representative of how I tend to treat posts that bother me that look like they are headed to an argument. You asked a question and I don't have a problem with questions personally. On the other hand and again speaking for myself, in this time I am offering up prayers concerning this illness for all nations and people there in but also individuals, individual states, cities, my own county etc. I offered up many such prayers throughout most of the day yesterday. I can't speak for the OP though.
