She is sinless, pure and blessed, because she in herself receive God. So she is true mother of son of God, our God.

Blessed feast! One of my favorites, and the day I became a catechumen.

Rejoice, O Virgin Theotokos, Hail Mary Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee! Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, for thou hast born the Savior of our souls.

Blessed feast! It’s our parish’s feast day.

Blessed feast. It seems fitting to me that this feast, which marks the beginning of the salvation of mankind, and the restoration of all creation should fall right at the center of lent this year (at least on the new calendar) with all the suffering going on in the world right now. Glory to God.
