Romaine lettuce
Celtic Sea Salt
Dash vinegar

I was considering getting a meatball Subway footlong...but decided against it since I don't want the rest of the day to drag...

Breaky:

Cooked Garbanzo Beans(Chickpeas)
Cooked Basmati rice

Raw:

Tomato
Leek
Carrot
Cucumber
Romaine lettuce

Seasonings:

Herbamare Sea Salt
Dash White Wine Vinegar
Dash Soy Sauce

I just finished a buffalo chicken salad with light Three Cheese Ranch dressing.

Just ate an apple

I had raspberry jam and hot toast..

Homebrewed Pilsner beer

which will be followed by:

Beef mince meat and a little seasoning and nothing else.

Wholegrain flatbread tortillas

Filling:

Boiled potato pieces
Boiled Borlotti beans

and

Chopped and raw:

• Coz lettuce
• Leek
• Olives
• Carrot
• Green Pepper

Dash:

• Mustard powder
• Herbamare salt
• Canola oil

Homemade fudge! LOL
