I need reassurance

Hi. Every since I started living for God I've been battling. I've been to mental institutions a few times and no medicine has helped which is no surprise. But through it all it lead me to start going to church where I repented and got born agian.... Anyways here's my problem i can sometimes see stuff. And I hear stuff alot like whispers and sometimes like loud. And I've been touched multiple times. When I hear stuff, i wanted to believe it is Jesus, like when I first started hearing it it would say it was Jesus and i would try to test the spirit. And my mom told me to never talk to any thing like that unless of course it really is Jesus. But I would like question it in my mind cause I didn't want to talk to it. And it would say its Jesus then it would say stuff that made me think it wasn't and this happened alot it has called me son? But here recently after assumed it wasn't Jesus. I read the scripture that says. If it cant say that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh it is of the spirit of antichrist. And recently it's been saying allah alot and its alot. When it starts annoying me bad I ask it to say Jesus Christ is come in the flesh and it won't. It just keeps saying allah. It's very annoying and sometimes almost convincing. I used to ask Jesus to speak to me all the time. And I started hearing this stuff. I read the scripture that said something like if you ask for one thing he won't give you another. So why won't Jesus speak to me but the antichrist will? And since it won't say Jesus Christ is come in the flesh then it is the antichrist and if it is the ac then why is it saying allah instead of Jesus like, idk. I'm to the point where I've stopped asking Jesus to talk to me and started zoning it out when I hear this stuff. Just would like someone who has dealt with something similar to maybe give me some encouragement. Or opinions. And also I'm asking for prayer. Thanks.

I will give what you asked (prayer) right away.
As for encouragement? In the prayer as well.
Opinon? Turn on the radio (Ave Maria radio is as safe a source as any) and quickly dispel the notion that Jesus or God is not speaking to you nor not available to you 24/7/365. There is comfort out there on a regular basis from people sinning/suffering just like you. Will they be the exact same circumstances? Not a chance or slim.
Yet can you accept what God's children have to offer via him or are you expecting a voice from the man himself?
I've never heard it, don't expect to yet thankfully know fell well that I must immerse myself in the word before I ever figure it out (which most of us are still doing well in to old age).

thank you for the advice and prayer. If it not saying Jesus Christ is come in the flesh then it cant be of god, that's what the bible says plus its saying allah now and not Jesus. I was almost completely convince it was Jesus when I first starting hearing it. But its causes confusion to which is not of God.

You may have heard from Jesus initially. But remember the enemy is a liar and deceiver and loves to copy or pretend to be light. Jesus would never come to antagonize you but the enemy sure would. If you are born again ( you said you are), then you have the power to cast this thing out and ask Jesus to kindly escort it out of your presence. If there is no mental issue ( you said you've been checked out), then I suspect a demon has come pretending. As I said you can easily cast this out.

That's my take just based on what you've told us. Any other entity has no business with you and you can command it to depart in the name of Jesus Christ. And it's not that it could leave but it must. Then you must keep yourself filled with the word of God. That is the Christians offensive weapon against these things, it's your sword of combat against the wilds of the enemy.....

God has given us tremendous responsibilities, great authority and the greatest power. There are many things that only God will do and there are many things that He expects us to do. Example (really happened to me). Driving through a storm, could not see, curve in the road and heavy traffic. There were trees, a ditch and no safety barrier. The devil says I should just drive off the road. I feared getting cleaned up as visibility was nil. I asked God to take away the storm. His reply? "I did not send it and I will not take it away." Immediately I remembered Lord Jesus in the storm. He just rebuked it. I did the same. The rain cleared straight away and I was safe again.

The spirit that you are hearing is a demon that is trying to deceive you. God has given you authority and power to deal with it. Command it to be silent, bind it and command it to leave and not return.

Lord Jesus very rarely speaks to us audibly. He will speak in our inner man, the spirit. I've had actual words maybe 45 times in my 49 years as a Christian. Mostly, it is just an inner sensing, wordless, quiet but clear. It takes a little time to become sensitive. We have a lot of "noise" in the soul realm that interferes and distracts.

God's word is true. He has not sent the demon. Satan has tuned into your request and is trying to slip you a fake. It's given itself away. Drive it away. Have nothing more to do with it.

It seems like you are carrying an unnecessary burden. I would cast this engagement off and concentrate on filling up on God's word. No on needs that noise and confusion in their life. If it does not have the fruit of the spirit (and it sounds like it does not) then I would cast it off, and ask for others to help in doing so.

Pastor Morris is an awesome teacher on spiritual warfare, so is Pastor Jimmy Evans. I suggest to the OP the series from Pastor Robert entitled "Free Indeed", it's an older series but relevant. It can be found on youtube, it's an 11 part series. Jim Evans is a fill in on a couple of the sessions and he is awesome too.

Jimmy Evans did a 40 minute broadcast on the armor of God as well. These men can completely change your view on the spiritual realm that surrounds us and right out of scripture ( old and new testament). The OP asked for assurance, I'm saying go listen to these guys, let it soak in. We did a group session for 10 nights here for a couple of weeks straight on that Free Indeed series some time ago and just looked at each other thinking Wow !! And it's not like we don't know these things but the delivery just shed new light and magnified it all.

My experience was not as "strong" as yours but here goes. I agree wholeheartedly with the other posters (though I haven't been overtly "rebuking" up till now but that's just me) and this is just an addition.

In addition to filling our minds to the maximum with Scriptural truth and a sense of God's desires for us, we should remember that the human body picks up miscellaneous impressions constantly. It has taken me lifelong but I have pieced together a method. I let pain happen for example. I give time time (fortunately I am allowed a relaxed schedule). I drink better tea and I try to maintain a varied diet of mainly dense foods (though the ones that are best for you may be different). Yet - who knows if these things will continue available now so I am on lower rations provisionally (I don't do strenuous things).

Above all I have stepped up my reading into all areas of history, science etc. Recently I started taking notes.

I remember extracts from poems and the characters and scenarios from some of the better novels. I play CDs with chamber works of Haydn and Brahms, wonderful plain yet subtle composers.

All this has kept me more grounded than before. What might have been a confusing mishmash turns out to be just what it is. You may be a little more advanced in some facet of this or you may not be. Either way I sense that grounding, methodical acceptance helps everybody really.

Each of us will have different (if overlapping) spiritual gifts and that will probably be an area of increasing discovery for all of us. I find that mine fit into my natural gifts (intellectual and verbal) but in a perspective of God's work or outlook.

I think my best "outlet" is to make my ideas into an excuse to lift up needs to God. We are, all of us, on His cutting edge at this time!

I don't want to sweep the carpet out from under your feet but most of that is all worldly. If you're going into spiritual warfare scripture calls for hitting it head on, no compromise. IMO you're compromising with worldly comfort. If someone is hearing from demons ( for real) non of the above applies, it just masks what's really going on. We don't like letting go of the world but by embracing the world you're agreeing with the demonic realm. It will quiet itself because it's got you. Make no mistake about it, come out for Christ and see what it does then. There is no gentle way to put this, if you've had demonic problems and you think what you are saying above fixed it, You're not cured friend !!

This is exactly what you need to do. I'm glad you've been reading the Bible and getting Godly advice from your mother. All these voices you hear are hallucinations in your mind and need to be managed with medications.

Jesus is healer. He will not give you hallucinations in your mind. I will pray for your wellbeing.

Thank you for your clarification. As I stated this was not in contradiction to the other posts. In the state I was in I was not fit to begin spiritual warfare. Getting ready fo r it may take someone a fraction of that time, and we may have to do without specific concretes now. I onlyadvocate wholesome things, without specifically harmful influences. It is highly likely we must become more plainly ascetic from now on. Thank both you for highlighting this usually ignored subject.

summoning the dead/demons
performed strange rituals
had strange dreams like being in the water or eating strange things
have gone to a weird party or drank something funny
Do you have objects or bought an object like a figurine/statues/artistic items
Do own a unique strange ring or items
Do you have a tattoo
Do you listen to negative music

Just try to think back if you did something that would attract negative energy to you.
Everytime when you hear the voice, Just say "In the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, I command you to leave me in peace."Say it at least seven times
Keep calling Jesus Christ's name and the voice will eventually leave you.
I know personally that it is not easy to get rid of negetive energies but as long as you keep the faith, that voice will bow down to the King of Kings.

May he find Peace in your arms
Forgive him Lord for all his sins
And help him to forgive those who have wronged him
