John 5:19, 20. Then Jesus answered and said to them, Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son does nothing of Himself, but what He has seen the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner. For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel.

Matthew 5:8 . Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

2 John 9. Whoever goes on (without seeing God) and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son.

Matthew 11:27. All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and to whom the Son wills to reveal.

John 6:63. It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

Romans 8:11-14. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors; not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God.

The Testimony of the Holy Spirit

1 Corinthians 2:9-16. But as it is written:

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

But God is revealed to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

The Father Has Exalted The Son

1 John 5:5. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

1 John 5:10. He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son.

1 John 4:15. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

John 20:31. These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

He who Abides in the Holy Spirit Has The Father and The Son

1 John 2:6. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk as He walked.

Galatians 5:16. I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

John 13:16, 17. Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.

I think I have asked you this previously in at least one or two of your other ops:

What, specifically, is the intended point of comment or inquiry to be discussed?

This is a discussion forum, Minister Monardo. We post for discussion. If your purpose is to post scripture and your perspective on God's word without any intent to discuss any of it then let me encourage you to do that in the Daily Devotions or perhaps the Exposition and Bible Study section of the forum.

Remember: anyone can copy and paste scripture. My nextdoor neighbor's nine-year old son can copy and paste scripture. Nothing is being added by merely posting scripture and simply posting rewordings of the obvious already declared in those scriptures. I encourage you, especially if you actually are a minister to go beyond mere copy-and-paste and generously give to others here in the forum. Consider opening up yourself to cogent discourse, especially since the evidence currently indicates the propensity to judge and attack others (see post #6). If you're not interested in discussing whath is posted then do please consider the Daily Devotions board.

With God's Peace,

Josh

Thank you Josh,
I am still learning to navigate between discussions. Your comment is honest and direct and I appreciate that. The reason why I pieced the list of scriptures together in this post is because in a previous discussion, I was asked where the term 'doctrine of Christ' came from, which is 2 John 1:9. Many newer translations say 'teachings' of Christ, but the context makes clear that the reference is to 'having the Father and the Son'. This is not merely cutting and pasting like a 9 year old, as you put it, but allowing a variety of scriptures to testify to a truth. Therefore, from John 5:19 where Jesus says he only does what he sees from the Father, to the need for pure heart motive and intent in Matthew 5:8 to see God, to the verse in 2 John 9.
This is translated 'transgress' and other ways, but the Greek word means simply to go forward, and as suggested parenthetically, 'going forward' stands in opposition to abiding until one sees God before acting. For a servant is not greater than his Master, but must be as his master. If Jesus said this as a testimony of Himself, then we strive to walk as he walked, and not be like Saul and fail to wait for Samuel, and go forward with unauthorized sacrifices. I do take your point that this was not the right forum to do so, and I stand corrected.
As to your comment regarding post #6 from another thread, I think I am correctly tracing you to the "golden age of Israel" comment. I do not see at all how this demonstrates a "propensity to judge and attack others" as the position is fully supported, that the early monarchy, particularly that of Solomon can only be seen that way from an earthly perspective.
The case is made that Joshua 24:31 should be considered the golden age of Israel with a perspective 'from above'. The reign of Solomon violated every statute of Deuteronomy 17 pertaining to the responsibilities of a king to the Torah. He received great wisdom and misapplied it to worldly pursuits.
Is this not evident from the narrative? The references and quotes that were given to support a "golden age of Israel" in reference to the reign of Solomon are academic, not wisdom from above. What has been evident to me in this first week is the propensity for so many to add comments without even reading what was written as posted. Seeing the topic and expounding on positions without regard to what was presented. This is awkward at best.
Thank you again for taking time to offer your insights. I plan to do better!
