The last couple elections haven't really had "academic" debates, anyway. So, I think your point is moot. Besides, Trump's tenacity will most assuredly be too much for Biden to keep up with, and everyone will see that Biden can't truly perform under pressure.

Biden will walk over Trump.

Just the reality you evaluate political candidates in that manner is problematic.

I think its more likely that Biden won't play games with Trump. People will take from that what they will.

Did you read your own source? There were indeed various convictions for various violations of the law. Some had nothing to do with Trump or the election. Some of them had no connection with Trump at all.

The outcome of the Mueller investigation:
"The intent of the investigation was to determine whether Trump and his campaign illegally worked with Russia to sway the 2016 presidential election. The special counsel's office determined that it "did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia."

All of those investigations, convictions, and prison time had to do with the Russian investigation.

11 OOJ charges are waiting for the next Dem AG to follow up.
