Should you shun non-Orthodox for these actions?
Jesus taught us to forgive 70x7. We always need to forgive. When we struggle to do so, we need to ask God to help us forgive.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking?

We should always forgive all offenses. We should never judge others in the wrong sense (usurping Christ's judgement).

We shouldn't "shun" anyone (Jesus didn't shun sinners, adulterers, tax-collectors, prostitutes, etc.). But we should not involve ourselves in their sinful practices of course.

What about St. John the Apostle saying not to allow certain people at your house?

2 John 1: 9-11 Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take them into your house or welcome them. 11 Anyone who welcomes them shares in their wicked work.
