What do some of you evolutionists have against Hovind? I mean, I'm kinda curious, but if his resarch is so flawed and you are right, then how come no one has ever taken that $250,000.00 off his hands?

Still relevant

Among other things, after the evidence that sent him to jail for tax evasion... it's pretty clear he didn't even have the 250K for his scam of a challenge.

Because kent Hovind has still supporters, I guess.

Does he though? Back in the early 2000's it was common to see creationists using Hovind's material to argue against evolution. But since his arrest and conviction his supporters disappeared. I don't think I've seen anyone using Hovind material in an argument for years.

Yeah, Hovind had 250K for anyone who can prove evolution to him. And I am offering 100 Million Dollars for anyone who will convince me that invisible pixies do not inhabit my garden.

Those are US$ too.
A theory, by definition, cannot be proven. If Hovind knew anything about science he would know that. Instead, he should offer the prize to anyone who, using science and not religious beliefs, can invalidate (disprove) evolution.

The Evolution is a valid scientific theory, in that it meets all of the criteria of a valid theory. It does not deny the existence of G-d. It does not even address that question.
