It is more complicated than that. Muslims set the rules... no Christians or Jews can pray, they are only allowed at certain times for a certain amount of time and only as tourists. When those rules are broken, the law is called which is Israeli law. The thread isn't closed or over... because all Yehudah Glick did was walk to slow for the Muslims comfort.
