I prayed for you!
I have a verse of encouragement:
Psalm 40:1-3
I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.
Psalm 40:1-3
Remember that in order for this to take place, the very same God who saved David and lifted him up allowed him to fall into the mud and mire and lose his footing and become hopeless.
it seems like that is the place you are in friend. But fear not, it’s part of God’s plan to develop a unique spirit of humility and conform you to the image of his son! Hang in there, seek help from your elders of your church and the word of God and seek the promised joy and peace from Jesus. He says he will give it and the joy will come from and carry you through the pain.
When you feel hopeless do what I do when I lose my joy, read through this list I made. I bet you can’t get through the bottom without feeling a Liiiiiitle bit better. Then take it one step at a time!

JOY verses
The holy grail of joy verses first!
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

(Paul says that continuing to inspire progress and joy in the church was one of the only reasons he was still even alive on earth.)

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Peace and Hope

But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.
