Interesting article. My question is why would lay ministers need this sort of thing??

It looks like it would foster confusion to me.

Yeah, I see how this could cause confusion. I don't like women dressing like priests, for any reason. It does cause confusion.

I would not be happy to see it done by laypeople in my Church.

If you read Infiltration by Dr Taylor Marshall you will see that small communities in Switzerland have played a huge role in the spread of modernism in the church and even the creation of the Soviet Union
