China has the second largest economy on the planet. Why do they need aid?

Yes China, blame the USA and not natural human fear of a potential global pandemic we haven't seen since the Spanish flu. China's communist government everyone, it's everyone's fault except their own.

There's a MASSIVE Russia-linked disinformation campaign fueling coronavirus alarm in the US. That in turn has caused bullying for Asians in America & a ton of other problems. Americans are unwittingly aiding the Russians by forwarding / liking the content. Disinformation is a contagion.As an example I sent to her a thread about the coronavirus that is in conspiracy theory section here. It was so unhinged from reality you'd think nobody could possibly believe it but yet ppl totally bought it up. The conspiracy theory is one created by a Russian troll farm, then got popularized by an athlete, then Americans spread it all around, so it ended up here.
