First of all... you should never argue about something that you have not observed.

Secondly... I did watch parts of it in order to have the right to have an opinion...

That is the only reason that I watched it...

I don't know which is worse.. assuming people did something, or ridiculing for something you have no proof of.

Oh sure.. it's all just art.. who cares if they are acting out sexual gyrations and pelvic thrusts? It's all good clean fun... Just don't ask women to dress like that at your restaurant or get them to dance around like that at an office party.... They will see it as degrading to women and sue you...

Oh... unless you pay them lots of money.

Oh... you got me.... yes... I have this huge guilty conscience... Not...

I get it. You're right. People sit and partake and then condemn...

Thing is.. some watch it and enjoy it for the entertainment..

Others watch it and detest it and are in awe that society accepts it and they are repulsed by it.


You cannot say that all these people watched it.. enjoyed it and then ridiculed it. That's an assumption

I have watched things.... and watched in disgust... wondering when all this will end and worrying about the state of this world...

I never watch halftime shows. I'm a sports fan, but I praise God while watching the actual action of a game rather than the commercials and timeouts. Why? Sports and TV used to be an idol in my life from the age of 9 until I was a pastor in my first church. I preached a message on 1 Corinthians 10:31. God created an internal dialogue in me, "Are you watching sports and TV to glorify God?" I had to answer that I wasn't. Then, I had two choices, throw it all out or find some way to honor God while watching. I found that I could praise God for his amazing creation of the human body as I watched. God took my focus off my selfish pleasure and onto him, thus setting me free from that idolatry. It then became a hobby rather than an obsession. I'm thankful for his change in my life because I could then talk and watch sports with unbelievers. It was my point of contact with them.

As a result, since I'm a retired pastor now and working on my fourth career, a media ministry, I don't have much time to watch sports. So I watch them fast with my DVR and praise God.
