This guy runs the church my sisters go to.

From one of his books:

Books

Do you know religious people are going to hell? Do you know religion is a sin? Throughout many churches today the true power of Christian life and ministry, the power of the Holy Spirit is being left out. As a result, these churches and the people who receive from them, demonstrate a form of Christianity without the true substance. Such is religion!

In the pages of this book, the Holy Spirit will reveal to you the bondage of religion and how it is taking multitudes of people to hell and how you can be set free from religious power.
Maybe it is a bit like the Pharisees...

Here are some excerpts of his sermon about hell:

Is there some truth to his controversial message?

"The floor of hell is paved with the skulls of priests" - old Christian saying

According to Jesus there will be "religious people" in hell. It will be those who do not do the works "of righteousness required of Christians.

But it has nothing to do with whatever that guy is going on about.

All that and you didn't even mention pure religion. Odd.

James 1:27
Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.

its hard underst

sorry its hard understanding could you explain it please

All those who do not feed the hungry, clothe the naked, etc., are condemned.

Mat 25:41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:

Mat 25:42 ‘for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink;

Mat 25:43 ‘I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’

Mat 25:44 “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’

Mat 25:45 “Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’

Mat 25:46 “And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Some Christians want to distinguish between Jesus and religion. Typically it's "I just follow Jesus; everyone who disagrees with me on anything is following religion." A religion is just a way of life based on following some particular god or gods. As a general term it surely applies to following Jesus.

There are surely more and less faithful ways to follow Jesus. But I don't think the problem with any of them is that they are religions.

As to the video, you've got to ask what glory is. Does eternal torture indicate glory? Would you consider a human ruler that tortured people to be glorious? Would that judgement be consistent with Jesus' teaching and character? With a God who when we fell away came and died for us?

This isn't necessarily an argument for universalism. But there are alternatives to glorying in us worms suffering eternally. Those alternatives have to be looked at in Controversial Christian Theology, though I'm not sure even traditional theology quite takes the view expressed in that video.

Generally, yes. I have difficulty giving money to homeless people because they spend it on drugs. I'm not going to subsidize the illegal drug trade.

I donate to a local food bank. Only food. And hungry people go to them when they need it.

Depending on how one defines 'religious people'.
If it is one who only gives lip service to Jesus (without the new birth) while striving to earn merit with God, then yes, I'd say they are heading for hell.

Personally, I would not equate water baptism with the new birth.

I think the "prophet" preaching is trying to put a spin on eternal torment that allows him to praise God. Assuming the lake of fire is just, he is saying that it means that the glory people are rejecting must be incredible.

Rather than email attend the church each week and once you have got to know the minister talk to him about baptism.
That they haven't replied to your emails is rude.
I know at the church I attend we expect people to be in regular attendance if they want to be baptised, for a simple reason. We don't want to baptise someone who is not a Christian.
