Can we eat pork, shellfish and crustaceans? And what about blood in meat?

Read the Noah story again. Prior to the flood there were unclean and clean animals. After the flood everything was clean. Then when the law of Moses was delivered, unclean and clean animals were again introduced.
Everything was not ceremonial clean. God did allow Noah to eat anything he wanted. That should never be disputed, but we have some, because of some preconceived notions and some that take the advice of their prophet, are of the notion that God forbids the eating of some otherwise delicious food. We know that God has never required Gentiles to conform to the unclean meat laws of the Sinai covenant. Pigs were among the first animals to be domesticated and it certainly was not to make footballs.

I wonder how the anti pig eaters would feel if they needed a heart valve transplant and a pig valve was the solution?

If they turn to Yahweh, seek for HIS KINGDOM, and keep trusting HIM, they have no worries at all.

??!!?? Badger? Skunk? Pig feces !?
Of course not, that to me was foolish questions. God did give Noah a brain to think for himself. I am allowed to eat anything I desire too, but somethings I have never desired. Now beef and lamb poisons and my body, but I will not partake of those things. If you prefer not to eat certain things that is your prerogative. I certainly will not question your motives. Allow us that differ have the same respect.

eating unclean animals is just as abominable as any other abomination - homosexuality is an abomination, too. Really, in general, sin is abominable to God. Also, eating unclean animals defiles a person by eating it - read Leviticus 11 and see what God himself said.

leviticus 11:43-45

Did you know that the first time we see “be holy, for I am holy” is in Leviticus 11 after God spoke about clean and unclean animals?

"What I have cleansed let no man call unclean."

There are no unclean animals anymore.

That makes no sense and is very inaccurate.
It's totally accurate.

Before the flood.

Genesis 7
2 You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female; two each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female;

After the flood.
Genesis 9
3 Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs.

The flood cleansed the earth, including the animals in the ark.

The law of Moses reintroduced unclean and clean animals (See Leviticus)

After the new covenant God gave Peter a vision and lowered down all of the 'unclean' animals and told him to eat. When he said that he had never eaten an unclean thing, God responded thus:

Acts 10
14 But Peter said, “Not so, Lord! For I have never eaten anything common or unclean.”
15 And a voice spoke to him again the second time, “What God has cleansed you must not call common.” 16 This was done three times. And the object was taken up into heaven again.

The old law was done away with and there was no longer any unclean animals.

We're under a new covenant now. There are still rules but feasts, circumcision, animal sacrifice and unclean foods are not part of this new covenant.

Of course he did. God required Noah to conform to the law of unclean/clean animals until after the flood. It at that time was obviously not Mosaic law, but Noah was aware of it and there was a distinction made which Noah obviously already knew about.

And, if you were a Gentile living in Israel and decided to follow God, you were subject to the dietary laws as well.

Pigs were among the first animals to be domesticated and it certainly was not to make footballs.

Which is not applicable to the old covenant. Under the old covenant pig was an abomination.

I wonder how the anti pig eaters would feel if they needed a heart valve transplant and a pig valve was the solution?

Probably bad. But we're not under that covenant anymore and Paul explained in several ways that conforming to that law and going back to it is a rejection of Christ.

Okay, but identified foods were once an abomination (i.e. detestable) to God. Are they no longer detestable and did God change his mind?

wrong again - Peter explained the vision, and it had nothing to do with eating at all. Maybe you ought to post what Peter said God showed him when he explained what the vision was about.

Clean and unclean animals never changed - as evident by them existing before & after the flood.

Acts 10:28
God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

Notice he did not say “God has shewed me that pigs are now acceptable for us to eat”

He always planned on bringing that new covenant and we have written examples before the law of Moses where he changed the rules. Change his mind? I don't know that I would say that. I would say it was always part of the plan.

You've just dismissed the scripture which shows that all animals were clean after the flood.

Notice he did not say “God has shewed me that pigs are now acceptable for us to eat”

But that's exactly what God did. And you can read Paul writing that indeed we are not to be judged by the foods we eat.

God demonstrated through animals that there was nothing unclean which he called clean.

13 And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, 14 having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. 15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

The dietary laws along with the rest of the law of Moses were nailed to the cross. To return to that law is to reject Christ's work and his new covenant.

Already posted that. Read the account of Noah. He took unclean animals into the ark and afterward everything was for eating "as the green herbs." So for a period of time all the animals were clean until the Law of Moses. Then of course the law of Moses was replace and all animals are clean.
