Amen, that is soooo true. Without purpose, we are akin to the "walking dead". We NEED "purpose", just like we need oxygen. And that is because we are "spiritual" creatures. God, our Creator knows this, even if we don't or are in denial about it. Sooooo we wander around "empty" and trying ti fill that "emptiness" with anything but God. By His grace, He might get our attention like He did with Saul when He knocked him off that horse, or other ways, to "bring us to our senses" so to speak.
And when He does, He "opens our eyes" to our "purpose" that He destined for us since before the foundation of the world. And we find that our "purpose" is not about "us", it is first and foremost, to "glorify" our God, and after we do this, ev'ry thing else just falls in to place.
Purpose = Life.
Thank you for this wunnerful study and meditation on this partly cloudy but warmer morning in February.
A very blessed Son+day to you.
