There's a movie released back in 2006 called Idiocracy. It's about a man with average intelligence who gets frozen for five hundred years and wakes up in a dystopian future where everyone is morbidly stupid. He ends up becoming the smartest man alive and is commissioned by the US President to solve America's crop failure crisis. He finds out that they're watering their crops with Gatorade which is salting the soil. Throughout the movie, the people in that dystopia are anti-intellectual and know that they're stupid.
In this reality, however, there's the Dunning-Kruger effect which pretty much boils down to people overestimating their own abilities, especially if they are below average in intellect. It's not so much anti-intellectualism that's the problem, it's pseudo-intellectualism and it is hurting society in a different way. Idiocracy just had dumb, lazy slobs just living life with no appreciation for things like books or philosophy while reality has a literal mental health crisis. There's a news article by PJ media that describes SJW and Feminist mindsets as being consistent with various personality disorders. I think this would lead to a much more erratic and chaotic society than how Idiocracy portrays their version to be.
Social Justice Illness: ‘Rising Tide of Personality Disorders Among Millennials’
As someone who used to be full into this mindset, I personally believe a lot of these feminists and SJW's are just simply broken people who believe the world is out to get them. Christ-like love set me straight and I think a similar form of mass therapy will do these guys some good.
