If you were Catholic, the priest MIGHT suggest you speak to a priest that is specialized in obsession. There's oppression, obsession, etc. I'm not an expert.
The first that is done is to make sure there is NOT a physical or mental reason for what you're experiencing. It seems that there isn't, but they would check this out.
Then you would be given advice.

Just a thought. I'm not suggesting this is the case, but I'd like to cover all my bases.

But the Catholic church has priests that specialize in exorcisms...not every priest can do this just because he's a priest.

If it happened to me,,,I'd trust myself to a Catholic priest.
