Prayers needed!

I need your prayers.

We are in the process of looking for a new flat but it is hard work so far. I have only found one decent flat which I actually liked. How did you look for a apartment? We are going to look at another flat this weekend. Please pray that we find a suitable flat soon. We are with a local estate agent.

I have a short list of questions to ask. Hopefully we find a new apartment before March. Is it a good idea to make a list of pros and cons of each flat? We cannot afford a house at all. I have read some property descriptions online. Give me some suggestions on questions to ask too.

Have you considered using a service to help? Most are paid by the landlord and owner. They know the market and will find something in your budget with the amenities you’re looking for.

Hello ChristianGirl, I can understand looking for a new place can be overwhelming and hard decision to make with all the options available. I will suggest that you should have a list of what you are looking for and the location you are looking at. With that in mind any house you go and look at crosscheck to see if they fall into the category of things you are looking for.

I pray that God leads to the right place and help you to make the decision. I also pray that God favors you so can get a good deal.

Heavenly Father, may this family find a suitable flat. Guide her to ask questions about the neighborhood, she needs to feel safe, also to watch for the cleanliness of her flat and the safety of the Apartment building? May she also be alert to the contract and what is required from them. LORD I ask that You will lead them to a suitable, safe and quiet building and a peaceful neighborhood, In Jesus Name, Amen

Always ask if the building has working fire alarms in it, at least I would. That is important. Also make sure it is close to all the amenities you need, stores, buses,
job, et al
