Hi Marilyn,

Here is what I base my narrative on....

2Thessalonians 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

____________________________________________________________________

The big lie is when the Antichrist goes into the temple, sits, claims to have acheived God-hood in 2Thessalonians2:4.

There will be many who will believe his (the Antichrist's) claim right off the bat.

John, in the vision, saw the beast in the healed state. The wording is such that head had not just been wounded but mortally wounded, killed.

The person will not be dead for long, because his body will not be buried, denied of some glorified tomb, like some famous kings have had.

Isaiah 14:18 All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. [it is talking about some big memorial tombs]

19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.

20 Thou shalt not be joined with them [the famous kings of the nations, buried in their fancy tombs] in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.

So the person is going to be dead only a few days. His body not buried. But in the observance state. Everything will appear on camera, as the world sees him come back to life.

It will fulfill Revelation 17:8b. "was, and is not, and yet is". was alive (as the revealed man of sin), is killed, and comes back to life (as the beast).

8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Hi Douggg,

The `beast that was and is not and yet is,` we know is Satan. The `as if mortally wounded,` is a man, the A/C.

Now the `strong delusion,` meaning - to stray from orthodoxy, and not receiving the truth.

This is what most in man`s religious organisations are now professing - kingdom now. We can fix the world`s problems and make it God`s kingdom. This fits very well into the philosophy of the world which is `Together we can save the world.`

I'm sorry for you, Marylin and Douggg.
Obviously you are like many today; confused and deceived about what God has planned for our future.

Re Daniel 8:1-14, it is plain to anyone with a modicum of historical knowledge, that it refers to ancient Media and Persia, then Alexanders conquest of them. His early death and his empire was split into 4 kingdoms, one of which, A4E; grew powerful and conquered Judah, stopped the offerings and desecrated the Altar by killing a pig on it.
Then, 1150 days later, [2300 evenings and mornings] Judah Maccabees defeated A4E, then cleansed and rededicated the Temple.
This prophecy was 100% fulfilled and is a preview of what will happen again when the Anti-Christ has control of Jerusalem.

Douggg, it would be good for you to try Chart number 4, without the imposition of the 2300 'days' and the wrong positioning of the extra 30 and 75 days.

Marylin, I agree that it isn't God who resurrects the "beast'. Revelation 13:2-3

Hi Keras,

I agree that the beginning verses of Dan. 8 are to do with Alexanders conquest. That is history and quite obvious. however we are not told the interpretation of the whole passage till we get to verse 16. And there we see that it refers to ` the time of the end,` `the appointed time the end shall be.` referring to the time of the end of the Gentiles rule, not the end of the world.

So in verses 20 - 22 we see the interpretation of History, Alexander & his kingdom being divided between the 4 generals. Then in verse 23 we read - `in the latter time of their kingdom...etc` and that reveals that it is speaking of the time of the end of the Gentile`s rule.

The `beast that was and is not and yet is,` we know is Satan. The `as if mortally wounded,` is a man, the A/C.
In Revelation 17, the woman is riding the scarlet colored beast - Satan, right?

Two parts to Revelation 17:8 regarding the beast.

8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition:

and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

The mortally wounded/healed head does not appear on the beast until Revelation 13. There are 42 months left in the 7 years in that chapter.

So the wounding and healing part has to be before the 42 months begin. Which I show happening that way on my chart. The person becoming the beast.
__________________________________________________

Was Satan in the bottomless pit at the time of John? No, he was not. And currently not in the bottomless pit. Would you agree?

So who is that person, associated with Satan, that "was and is not" at the time of John, in Revelation 17a? That's the big question.

In Revelation 12:8, the dragon is called that old serpent.

What creature, a beast, the most craftiest of the beast, from the very start of sin entering the world, played a part, and was used by Satan?

What would have been the incentive for that beast to do Satan's work? I am thinking he made a deal with Satan to rule the world.

I think the now disembodied spirit of the original serpent beast that was in the garden is who is in the bottomless pit - waiting for the chance to get out and possess the end times person, who the world will see killed and come back to life before the 42 months begin.

Hi Dougg,

The `woman` is riding on the `beast,` the Global Government.`

And yes the A/C does seem to get wounded before the 42 months of his ruling. He is then described as a `beast,` as he is then the leader of the Global Government which is also described as a beast.

I agree that Satan in NOT in the bottomless pit. He is in the Universal realm the region of Principalities and Powers. named the Prince of the Power of the air. And we battle against P & P`s.

There are 4 different names of Satan, referring to what he is doing -
The Serpent - the deluder.
The devil - the destroyer,
Satan - the accuser,
The Dragon - the devourer.

The Lord overcame him in all areas.

Yes, from Daniel 8:23. it changes from fulfilled prophecy to the end times, when sin is at its greatest, that we await in our near future.
Daniel 8:25...he will conquer the holy people and challenge the Prince of Princes and will be broken but not by humans. Paralleled by Revelation 17:14

I updated my chart, to hopefully make it easier to follow. Start in the upper left hand corner and follow the red critical path to the end of the 7 years (day 2520) and Jesus's Return.

On my chart, you get on that red line and stay on that red line all the way to Jesus's return. It will take you through the seven years, the critical events, just like you were seeing a vision.

Another thing Douggg, the "deadly wound" of Revelation 13 is upon one of the "seven heads" of the 1st beast. The 1st beast that comes up out of the sea represents a kingdom beast with ten horns, seven heads, and ten crowns. It is not the dragon nor Antichrist, nor the 2nd beast ("another beast").

Therefore, the idea of that the "man of sin" (or Antichrist) is what suffers the "deadly wound" is not correct. It's one of the 7 heads of his beast kingdom that suffers the deadly wound that is healed. This is why Revelation 13:11-12 separates the objects of the "another beast" (2nd beast or the Antichrist) from the "first beast, whose deadly wound was healed."

On which of the heads is the mouth like a lion?

Revelation 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

Which if the heads is the one spoken of most in Revelation 13:1-3

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Davy, look at my chart.

The Antichrist commits the transgression of desolation, the 2Thessalonians2:4 act. In 2Thesslaonias2:4, look at what it says.... notice the word "sitteth".

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Then on my chart, I show the person will be killed. And reference Ezekiel 28:7-10.

Now look at what it says in Ezekiel 28, as why God has the person (code named the prince of Tyrus) killed....

2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:

The person will claim to have achieved God-hood... i.e. "I am a God" and thus will claim to be God "above all that is called God, or that is worshipped"

2Thesslaonians2:4 is what he does. In Ezekiel 28:1-10 is God's anger with his outlandish claim, and why the person will be killed for it.

No, the 1st beast up out of the sea has "ten horns, seven heads, and ten crowns". That is about a system, a kingdom. The Antichrist, or beast king represents the "little horn" king of Daniel 7, a single horn, not ten. The "ten horns" represent ten kings per Rev.17. And the "seven heads" represent "seven mountains" per Rev.17, which also shows us the 'great harlot', a "great city", sits over all that (waters). And Rev.17:15 defines the waters as peoples, multitudes, nations and tongues. So the 1st beast is definitely about a system, or kingdom, and not a king.

I think you need to go back and study Ezekiel 28 more...

Ezek 28:13-14
13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.

14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
KJV

By the above, we know no flesh king was ever in God's Garden of Eden, nor was "the anointed cherub that covereth". That is about Satan prior... to His rebellion in coveting God's throne in the old world.

Here is how we are told he will die...

Ezek 28:18
18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

KJV

Satan is to be turned to ashes upon the earth. That is pointing to his being cast into the future lake of fire at the end of Revelation 20. And that is who Ezekiel 28 is speaking about, which is that "dragon" of Rev.13:4-8 that the whole world will worship for the tribulation.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

_______________________________________________________________________

Now, the little horn in Daniel 7:

11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

The kingdom the beast will be slain, not cast alive, and given to the burning flame to never return. End of the EU kingdom.

@Davy,

Of the 7 kings in Revelation 17:10, the bible speaks more about the 7th king the little horn person than all of the other kings combined. He is the prominent. And he is the head in Revelation 13 having the mouth like a lion, after being mortally wounded but healed, to become the beast, the 8th king.

No, it is talking about Satan to be exposed visibly there on the temple mount - when the living statue image he will be incarnating is burnt to ashes. To happen, when Jesus descends to earth to stand on the Mt. of Olives.

Douggg, you only have to have one thing wrong and your chart is all wrong.
The one I see at a quick glance, is the Sixth Seal.

You place the Sixth Seal way out of its place in Revelation. The Seals, Trumpets and Bowls are a consecutive sequence. It is the only actual sequence of the end time events we have.
Why shuffle it? Doing so, as you do; incurs the curse of Revelation 22:18-19

Isn't it obvious to you and everyone that there is coming some kind of dramatic world changer?
Over 100 prophesies tell us in great detail what it is and what it will do.

Please, answer this question. Of those seven heads, which of the seven heads has the mouth like a lion? Because that is referring to the person, who will have become the beast, the 8th king.
....

That Revelation 13:2 verse is a reference back to Daniel 7 regarding the four beasts Daniel saw. What did it say?

Dan 7:3-4
3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

KJV

That was a reference to the kingdom of Babylon, represented by the lion AND the "eagle's wings". You could... say that was about both Babylon and Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon. But that is not a direct reference to the Rev.13:1 beast for the end, because the later one in Daniel 7:9 is...

Dan 7:7-9
7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of His head like the pure wool: His throne was like the fiery flame, and His wheels as burning fire.

KJV

The 4th beast = the ten horns are the ten kings of Rev.17, and the little horn represents the beast king of Rev.17. It is the LAST beast kingdom, which is what the Rev.13:1 beast is. The Dan.7:9-14 verses shows the end of that 4th beast with Christ's coming and establishing of His future Kingdom.

This means the lion, bear, and leopard symbols in Rev.13:2 are given to show us the Rev.13:1 beast is the 4th one of that Dan.7 chapter, on earth at the end of this world, the last one when Christ Jesus will return and take control over all nations.
