Title: Is the Bible the inerrant Word of God?
If the Bible is not inerrant, which parts are not true? Can we trust the end time prophecies?
You are asking several questions, the title of which should be in another forum. This is the End Times & Prophecy Forum, so your last question applies to this forum. They are two different issues.
But be that as it may, one must first define one's terms in order to cogently discuss the two issues.
Definition of biblical inerrancy:
James Cottrell, writing on the inerrancy of the Bible, says, it means “without error, mistake, contradiction or falsehood.” It means “true, reliable, trustworthy, accurate, infallible.” To say that the Bible is inerrant means that it is absolutely true & trustworthy in everything that it asserts.
Paul Feinberg: "Inerrancy means that when all the facts are known, the Scriptures in their original autographs and properly interpreted will be shown to be wholly true in everything they teach, whether that teaching has to do with doctrine, history, science, geography, geology or other disciplines or knowledge."
At the Chicago summit meeting of the International Council on Biblical Inerrancy in October, 1978, several hundred key evangelical leaders signed this statement:
Being wholly & verbally God-given, Scripture is without error or fault in all its teaching, no less in what it states about God’s acts in creation & the events of world history & about its own literary origins under God, than in its witness to God’s saving grace in individual lives.
The World Evangelical Fellowship affirms “[t]he Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy; and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.”
The arguments in support of the doctrine of inerrancy generally fall into four broad categories: inferential, deductive, inductive and historical. See the website below for a more detailed view & explanation of this.

Josh McDowell, an atheist who set out to discredit the Bible, in his studies came to believe in the accuracy & trustworthiness of the Bible & became a Christian. He has written two excellent books, 'Evidence That Demands a Verdict' and 'More Evidence That Demands a Verdict' on the trustworthiness & accuracy of the Holy Scriptures that we had then & what we have today.
Here are several videos of his where he explains these things.
Do you believe the Bible is the Word of God? Do you believe the Bible is true? Do you believe the Bible is historically accurate and reliable? Why?
Do you believe the Bible is true simply because you believe it or do you believe it BECAUSE The Bible is true & accurate?
Your faith, that you believe the Bible is true, somehow makes it true--for you--is completely different than saying the Bible is true & accurate, in & of itself, so my faith in it isn't blind faith but based on actual reliability & accuracy that I can intelligently show.
In other words, does someone's faith CREATE the truth about Jesus or does faith come by hearing & relying upon the the Word of God, which IS the truth we put our faith in & that it is historically reliable & accurate record of Jesus Himself? Again, faith does not simply create truth, the truth of the Word of God is what creates faith in something that is true, accurate & reliable.
We are saved by grace through faith IN JESUS, because He historically did rise from the dead & what He said is true because the record of His words, in the Bible is historically & bibliographically true & accurate.
Is what we have written today in our Bibles, the same as what was written 2000 years ago or has it been changed? In other words, is what we have today, what was written down? That is a valid question to ask.
A second question is: Was what was written down true? If what was written down is not true, then one can care less that what we have today was written down.
Does truth change with every person, over time & circumstances--or does truth remain the truth despite what one might believe about that truth at a given time or circumstance?
Example of this false assumption: People used to believe the earth was flat but now believe the earth is spherical or round. Is this really an example of how the truth changes? When everybody believed the earth was flat, was it really round? After people came to believe the earth was round (based on accurate & reliable evidence), had the earth always been round, despite unbelief that it supposedly wasn't?
Thus, the truth of a round earth didn't change; it remained the same. But one's perspective of truth changed. The subtle change is that people take their 'perspective of truth' & make it the truth at that time. WHY did they change their perspective about the earth?
Usually two reasons are given: testimony & personal experience of discovering it it truly round & the verifiable evidence & validity that it is round. Christians need to present the truth & accuracy of the Scriptures as God's revelation to mankind, with genuine love & humility, standing for the truth of the Bible.
People have attacked, maligned & sought to destroy the Scriptures for thousands of years--and IT IS STILL HERE & CAN be shown to be accurate & reliable from the thousands of manuscripts, uncials, early church father's quotes of it (whole bible can be put together just from these quotes alone), lectionaries & languages it has been translated into. There is more reliable & accurate evidence for the written Scriptures than for any other book written in antiquity! There is no comparison even close.
Historiography is the study of using principles which determine authenticity, accuracy & realiability of any written document. It uses the bibliographical test for any piece of literature: what is the timeline between when it was first written to the date of the copies which we have today & how many copies do we have, in order to examine & compare them, in the scientific & historical dating of these manuscripts?
One needs to recognize the importance that the material & ink used for those ancient manuscripts deteriorates over time. That is why copies needed to be made & preserved. The dead sea scrolls are in climatized cases & atmosphere, so that they can be preserved & not disintegrate. This is a fact of life.
Yet there is no comparison of any other literature of antiquity compared to the timeline of the Scriptures. There isn't even a close second. Watch the video for more evidence shown.
We can reliably trust that the Bible is accurate, truthful & can trust that God has indeed given us His 'breathed out' inspired Word, that the prophecies are accurate that are written in it & it can give us the knowledge of how one can be saved by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

How do you present truth in a world where all truth is equal?
Here is a Jewish rabbi verifying the accuracy of the Old Testament, from what was written originally to what we have today.
Again, we can find the manuscripts of the Holy Bible to be accurate & reliable as to the truth of God's 'breathed out' inspiration of the Holy Scriptures. But key to this is how one interprets them as to whether they believe the Bible is truly God's Word, His revelation to mankind or just a bunch of fairy tales that have some significance but little relevance to us.
Here is a world renowned Biblical scholar who is in the process of making copies of all known manuscripts of the Bible, for people to see. He is explaining how accurate the NT is & the variants we have today & by comparison of manuscripts, we can accurately determine the original text with what we have today. (Dr. Daniel B. Wallace)
In addition to the study of the thousands of bible manuscripts, both OT & NT and determining the reliability & accuracy of the Bible, we have the multitude of archaeological & historical evidences for showing the Biblical text is accurate, true & reliable & we can confidently place our intelligent faith in it for doctrine, morals & ethics.
