In Psalm 119:18 is a profound statement. “O Lord open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things from Your Torah"

I believe it would take prayer, action accordingly, and results to help humans understand God. Understand God would be the biggest "wonderous thing" as His Laws show His Character.

Was psalms 119 written by David as well? Right now I'm taken back to 2016, when my life was under serious attack. For weeks each night towards my bedtime, I would recite psalms 3v5-8 which reads, "But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me, my Glory and the lifter of mine head. I cried unto the Lord with my voice and He heard me out of His holy mountain hill. Selah. I laid me down and slept, I awaked, for the Lord sustained me. I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about etc." During this time, It became clear to me that, there was no weapon greater than God's word and there still isn't.

I would say no. Neither can a man understand a woman totally or a woman understand a man totally.

But you can understand to a point. We can't understand God totally, but we can understand Him to a point.

I agree.
God has revealed Himself to us and we see Jesus clearly and are to follow Him and be disciples.

I do believe that we are limited in understanding God fully.
We only can understand what He has revealed to us...for example, His attributes; or at least, some of them.

For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face (when that which is Perfect is come). 1 Corinthians 13

But we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. 1 John 3

Let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows ME, that I am the LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight, says the LORD. Jeremiah 9

What a wonderful hope we have. What indeed would happen if we really believed and acted on His truth?

God wants you to get up close and personal with Him. He reveals Himself in many wonderous ways. Understanding comes with His wisdom, which He says begins with His Torah.

Deuteronomy 4:6
Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

James 1:5
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
