Hello, I am sincerely sorry to hear that you are feeling depressed. I’ve felt that way in my life, too, so I understand how helpless it can feel. Recently, I started reading “The Daniel Prayer” by Anne Graham-Lotz and one thing that struck me was what she said about what Daniel’s prayer is; “it is a 911 call for urgent help. Eugene Peterson calls this type of prayer “reversed thunder”: - praying God’s Word back to Him.” If you haven’t read this book, it may be something that you would find to be very encouraging and helpful during this time.

Lord, during this time of trial, I pray that You would reveal Your presence and send Your comforter, the Holy Spirit, to heal and restore all that the locust has eaten. Your Word is a lamp unto our feet and light upon our path. May You light the way and provide all that is needed. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Psalm 31:7-8 “I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy, For You have considered my trouble; You have known my soul in adversities, And have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a wide place.”
