Don't be too concerned with what you're feeling.

Continue to be faithful ... and let God work out the circumstances and your feelings.

Be blessed ... will be praying ...

One of the wonderful things about Christianity is that it is not dependant on us.
We do not have to be 'good' enough, or repentant enough, or sorrowfully enough before Jesus will forgive us.
We just have to truthfully say sorry.

That is all you have to do. Jesus knows how your illness and your medication affects you.
He knows what you mean, what you intend.

Don't screw your self up trying to produce emotions. Be real and be thankful that Jesus has dealt with your sins.

Jason we have been through this dozens of times, nothing new here. It's not about feeling something. It's about truth. All you can do is be faithful, despite feelings make your choices. I've told you before that you may be doing better than you think you are given your circumstances and knowing our merciful God.

Then trust in Jesus.
As for not winning, only a fool boasts about his not Sinning. We are all sinners and all have to struggle to resist temptation.
Often we fail, then we go shame faced back to Jesus to start all over again.

Why are you so hung up on what you feel? Where does the Bible say you have to have lots of emotions in order to walk with God? It doesn't say this anywhere.

As for defeating sin in your life, well, here's God's way to victory over sin:

[for me anyway] we must stop conforming ourselves to the world which includes stop believing what the world tells us; and instead submit to and rely upon the Word of God only and exclusively, and stop thinking above (beyond) that which is written; because that is where only exaggeration and over-estimation is. We are called to put our trust in the Lord with all our heart and stop leaning to our own understanding: we must put an end to depending on this world, and rather depend on God.

My suggestion is to dive into the scriptures EVERY DAY. Dive into them like they are water that you need. Every Christian should do this anyway. The scripture is what feeds us more about Jesus and adapts our mind to what the Spirit wants. Read the Psalms of prayer as David constantly cries out in despair and that is where you seem to be. Secondly, you should tell your doctor how you're numb. Perhaps there is a better medication to put you on? I know I wouldn't want to live life not being able to feel emotions.
